Beyond the Sea

Enjoy relaxing ocean or sound views from your choice of deck at "Beyond the Sea" in North Topsail Beach! Take a dip in the private pool and hot tub in the perfectly manicured backyard. This comfortably furnished single family home offers four bedrooms and three baths that accommodate up to 9 guests.

The top floor of the home provides ample room in the open and inviting living space. The spacious kitchen provides plenty of countertop space and updated appliances, as well as access to the sound side balcony. For the coffee lovers, enjoy the use of a Keurig or a Mr. Coffee coffee maker for your morning energy boost! The living room and dining room offer ocean and sound views with comfortable seating for guests. Off of the living room, you will find a bedroom providing a Queen bed, TV, oceanside deck access, and a shared full bathroom.

Make your way downstairs to the lower level floor with the three remaining bedrooms. All three bedrooms offer oceanside deck access and televisions for a rainy day of relaxing inside. One of the bedrooms offers a Queen Bed and another offers a Twin over Double bunkbed. A shared full bathroom is located in the hallway for easy accessibility. The last bedroom is a second Master Bedroom suite offering a King bed and an ensuite with a stand-up shower. The laundry room is located on this level in the hallway.

Load up your groceries and luggage on the private elevator and let it do all of the work during your vacation! The elevator is accessible from the ground floor entry foyer and provides stops at each floor.

Take a short walk to the beach via the shared private beach access across the street and enjoy a day of fun in the sun! Relax and take a break from the sand by enjoying lunch at the picnic table in the backyard, sunbathe by the private pool, or stroll down the shared private dock to enjoy some fishing. Conveniently rinse off the days; fun at the outdoor shower located in the carport area near the entry door.

Whatever you decide to do on your vacation, you and your family will enjoy all the comforts of "Beyond the Sea" for years to come!

Linen Options:  SILVER PACKAGE INCLUDED for ALL 7-night minimum reservations from June 7 to August 16, 2025. Includes ALL bed linens, one bath set (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth) per occupancy, 1 kitchen towel set, & bath mats per full bathroom.

If Complimentary Linens are NOT APPLICABLE for your stay, you may bring your own linens, or we offer linens to rent for an additional fee - contact us to apply a linen rental to your reservation.

BOOKING DETAILS - 

Age Requirements: You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. ID verification required prior to check in. House parties will be evicted immediately. Any group renting this property under false pretenses shall be immediately evicted with no refund.

Summer Requirements: 7-night minimum stays, Saturday Check-in/out only

TV Disclosure: Smart TVs require guests to log in with their own accounts to access subscription apps. Access credentials are not provided.

CANCELLATIONS -
Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period less non refundable reservation fee, cancellation fee, and third-party fees. Please review our Rental Policies and Cancellation Policy.

CHECK IN DAY DETAILS -
Your rental home allows you to check-in directly at the property. Check-in typically becomes available BETWEEN 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as your rental is ready for check in, we will send you a text message with all of your check-in instructions. Please understand that all homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue access details and you are not allowed to be at the property until you have received that text message.

PREPARING FOR YOUR VACATION -
All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more! Our vacation homes do not supply consumable items for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, spices, cleaning products, etc.). Please plan accordingly for any items you may need during your stay.

You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Some homes provide complimentary linens for select dates and this detailed information can be found in the description.  Linen package options include BRONZE (bed sheets only per bed listed), SILVER (bed sheets per bed listed, a bath towel set per occupancy, dish towel, and a bath mat per shower/tub), and GOLD (all items from the SILVER package plus one extra bath towel per occupancy).


TOPSAIL ISLAND GENERAL INFO - 
WiFi: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT given.   

Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island’s shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about potential beach impacts during your stay.

Water Pressure Notice: Please be aware that during popular rental dates, especially in the mornings and evenings, there may be temporary reductions in water pressure. This is a common occurrence across the island as many visitors are getting ready for the day or returning from the beach. We recommend planning showers and other water-related activities accordingly to avoid inconvenience.

Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge.

Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean.

Turtle Nesting Season: From May to October, Topsail Island is a nesting ground for sea turtles. Be mindful of marked nests, limit oceanside deck lights, and follow local guidelines to protect them.

Our favorite spot!

House was very clean upon arrival. Checking in and out was super easy! Wonderful management! Enjoy fishing off your own dock or walk directly across the street to your own quick private beach access! Great spots for shark teeth,sea glass and shell hunting. Would highly recommend this location for a family vacation!!
