Good place, could be great with a couple things!
Nice place!
Location:
House resides one road over from the main road which is nice since there is little to no road noise. One lot over from direct beach access but since the lot between the rental and the beach is empty you get a great view of the ocean.
The lot is two spaces from an RV Campground so keep that in mind as there is a large volume of people staying there. They were never noisy, but it is a consideration.
Comings/Goings:
House has two entries. Both ways are stable but note that the stairs are on the steeper side, a consideration for those who have difficultly using the stairs.
Door to the front is quite sticky, owner could tweak the strike plate so it isn't so difficult to open, as of now you have to pull away from the handle side to get it to open.
Interior:
Pretty clean overall. Beds were good. There were only 3 lamps for the entire 3 bedrooms +living room. Easy to add a couple more. Living room furniture didn't seem to fit, very small for the room size. Sectional would work better, and a larger tv if ever looking for something to fit better.
Bathrooms were fairly updated and clean, everything functioned well, hot water heater kept up with 4 people.
Kitchen/Applicances/Linens:
Washer/dryer worked well for us. Towels were fairly fresh and stain free.
Refrigerator kept the temp low, but it does rattle a lot.
Dishwasher needs the door fixed, has no spring tension when opening.
Beach access needs another step or two, drop is really high from erosion.
