Gorgeous Ocean and Sound Views Await at Good Better Beach!

  • Good Better Beach - Oceanview and Soundview in North Topsail Beach 4BR/3.5BA/Sleeps 11 - Elevator, Pet Friendly

    Located on a corner lot just steps to beach access, you will enjoy the incredible ocean and sound views from the 6 decks of Good Better Beach. A whole-home elevator is a wonderful convenience for luggage, groceries, and guests. Good Better Beach is also pet friendly (one pet is allowed with a $300 non-refundable pet fee). In April 2020, the entire interior of the home was painted and new mattresses were placed in all bedrooms.

    The large living room boasts ocean to sound views with windows on three sides and sliding glass doors to the deck. Enjoy your favorite shows with a large flat-screen TV/DVD/Roku. This is a great spot for movie nights and relaxing.

    A large kitchen and dining area will allow guests to enjoy family cooked meals with the conveniences of home. Coffee Maker, Keurig machine, Margaritaville Blender, and tons of cookware accompany the granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining room table seats 8...4 additional bar height chairs for counter dining are situated right next to the table. A covered picnic table is also on the ground level for guests.

    All 6 decks have ocean and sound views, with plenty of chairs and tables to allow for great memories to be made at the beginning and end of each day.

    A private Master Suite on the top floor has a California King Bed, two private decks, a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and bathroom with beautiful sound views. This Master Bedroom suite has a separate seating area and desk.

    The second floor offers 3 additional bedrooms, all of which have Flat Screen TV’s:
    • Guest Bedroom with King Bed and ensuite full bathroom
    • A Kids Bunk Room with a Twin XL over Queen Bunk Bed*
    • Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed*
    *These two bedrooms share a full bathroom

    Washer/Dryer is also located on the second floor. No smoking is allowed in this home.

    Plenty of parking is available, along with an outdoor shower for washing off sandy toes on the way home from the beach.

    Linens (bed sheets and towels) are not included with your rental.

    For peak season rentals (April through October), Sunday Check-In and Check-Out are requested.

    Please note home has a camera under the home where both entrances can be viewed for safety purposes.

    Good Better Beach will quickly become a family favorite!

Our stay at this property was wonderful! It was well-appointed with lots of room to spread out, inside and out. It has great views of both the ocean and the interior waters, and is a short walk to the beach. The beds have really good mattresses and pillows. The best part is the elevator. It is large enough to fit our power wheelchair. We'd return to this property, for sure.

The house layout was perfect. I loved the topFloor suite with an office space, I was able to work in a quiet location when needed. The house was very clean with several deck options to get views of the ocean and the intercoastal waterways.

Terrific beach house for a family. Location was ideal just across the street from the beach making a great day at the beach easy & accessible. Communication was outstanding and the house was very comfortable. The only thing we wish we would have noticed earlier was the need to separately rent linens. Sweet Dreams made it simple but it did add a few hundred dollars to the overall cost of the rental. We’re looking forward to coming back soon!

The entire experience with Good, Better Beach was a complete 5 star!!! The house was perfectly located, clean and very comfortable for all 9 family members. Working with Christy was a 5 star experience. Communication was very personal and prompt and hassle free!Our family will definitely stay at this location again and I can’t recommend it highly enough to others.Also, big shout out to Babyquip forBeach equipment and Sweet Dreams Linens for bed linens and towels. They were both so easy to work with and made our stay even easier!!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The home itself was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time.One of the highlights was definitely the view, it was truly beautiful and made the whole experience even more special. Whether enjoying a quiet morning or winding down in the evening, the atmosphere was peaceful and inviting.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

My experience renting this property was absolutely awesome, very clean and the beds were absolutely so comfortable, I am telling you I I had the best sleep, in the elevator was so so convenient for somebody that’s has bad knees it’s wonderful . This home is close to all the stores and restaurants is the perfect place to be on a vacation, and Christie, the owner was beyond and above helpful for us every step of the way. It was nice you could see the beach from this house and the sound. This home is an excellent choice for a vacation. Would rent again.Thank you so much

a beautiful home, located in an ideal spot! Steps away from the beach, very convenient to restaurants/shops. We had everything we needed, from kitchen utensils/pots/pans to plenty of space and the kitchen table seated all 8 of us!

Good better Beach

Our overall stay was awesome. We had a delay with checking in but Christy was more than accommodating as was the cleaning staff. The layout of the house was perfect and the views were amazing! Loved the short walk to the beach! Great place overall!
