“We had a great stay! It was nice to be close to the beach, although, everything else is a bit of a drive. Just be sure to get all of the groceries you need on the way in so you don't have to run back and forth to the store. Food Lion is about 15 min drive and Walmart a little further. They do have a nicely stocked kitchen and the neighborhood is peaceful there at the end of the island, which makes up for the fact that restaurants are a bit limited nearby, too. “Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent....

“The cabin was spotlessly clean. Much better than staying at a hotel. We were in town for our Marine's graduation. We could all sit in the screened in porch or living room and relax and chat. The views from the dock were nice and you always saw something interesting. Lots of restaurants ten minutes away. There were four of us plus our Marine who lived five minutes away. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The kitchen was equipped with the basics & the view was beautiful. We watched dolphins playing from the comfort of the living room. Check in was simple, unit was as described and the host responded promptly.”

“Christy was very welcoming, answering question and making sure we were comfortable. Her welcome book was informative so we had no questions once in the property. The only downfall was that beds had to be made upon arrival. Based on other family staying on the property, that seeems like a St Regis thing, not an owner choice. However, having beds made makes it feel more like a vacation than a chore. The condo overall was clean, well decorated and well stocked with kitchen ware/coffee etc....
