Perfectly positioned directly on the pristine North Topsail shoreline, this property places you just steps from the uncrowded beach with private access, while also offering serene ocean views and an ideal setting for a relaxing coastal escape.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel immersed in the ultimate beachside retreat. Start your mornings sipping coffee on the sun-soaked front deck or the crows’ nest atop the house while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. Spend your days swimming, beachcombing, or taking leisurely walks along the dunes, all just steps from your private walkway to the sand. After a day in the surf, relax under the covered lower deck or soak in the sun from the spacious front deck while enjoying the sound of the waves.

-Bedroom 1: Master Suite: King bed, sitting area with TV, and luxurious ensuite with soaking tub
-Bedroom 2: King bed with queen futon, closet, and TV, sharing hall bathroom with tub/shower combo
-Bedroom 3: King bed, closet, TV, and ensuite bathroom with oversized rain showerhead
-Full-sized washer and dryer for guest use

This home is managed by Landmark Vacation Rentals, ensuring a seamless, high-quality stay with attentive local support before, during, and after your visit.

There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Linens are provided with your stay and beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

The most relaxing trip!!

This vacation home exceeded all of our expectations. The location was ideal, and the size and layout were perfect for our group. We loved the abundance of seating, both indoors and out, which made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy the space. During our stay, we had to reach out to the property management team regarding a chirping smoke detector, and they were incredibly responsive—promptly arriving to replace the battery and resolve the issue. We can’t wait to rent this house again in the future; it may very well be the best place we've ever stayed in Topsail. Kudos to the hosts for thoughtfully providing such well-maintained amenities!
