    This comfy soundfront home on North Topsail Beach offers both views of the Atlantic Ocean and the undisturbed sound from decks on both levels. There are four bedrooms, each with their own deck access.

    Wake and have your morning stretch on the deck before heading to the kitchen to retrieve your morning coffee. Take a short walk across the road to the public beach access, park your beach chair in the white sand and spend the day lounging in the sun or catching up on your reading. Maybe you've always wanted to surf, and a short drive away will take you to a rental shop that will have the needed supplies like surfboards, bodyboards, and beach toys.

    Hop in your vehicle or on your bike to visit beach rental shops, local mom-and-pop shops, and big-named stores and restaurants you are familiar with. There are also local eateries, some boasting local seafood and produce from nearby farms. You may want to drop a line into the water and reel in your own dinner of sea mullet or trout from the local fishing pier.

    Back at the house in the open-concept living area, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with ample counter space to prepare your catch of the day. Dine on the deck overlooking the most gorgeous, untouched sound of Topsail Beach. Maybe a lazy night at home is more your style and the large living area is perfect for a family trivia night with local pizza delivery, or you may want to watch nightfall on the back deck with views of the sound while you drink sweet tea and plan your next day at the beach.

Excellent location!

We loved the proximity to the beach access and the glorious sound/sunset views from the home. The outdoor shower doesn’t really function well, even after being looked at by maintenance staff. The home was clean and comfortable for our family.

Beautiful Views!

We loved the homes location and the views from both the front and back of the house. The home was spotless upon entry. Everyone we interacted with at Vacasa was helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, this home is in need of some major repairs. There are exposed wires and the top deck railing was only attached by one nail when we got there. These issues need to be resolved immediately for guest safety. Otherwise the place was great!

Mixed feelings

The house is nice. It is in need of some care. I sent photos of the carport to Vacasa. Wind damage. Upstairs bedroom exterior sliding glass door doesn't lock. Everytime the washing machine or the toilet is used water comes from a white pipe with a red light on it. The smell is so bad you can't be outside.

Property is in a good location. However we experienced a few minor issues. 1) smoke alarm would not stop going off even after we replaced batteries. This kept most of us awake the first night. Service folks arrived on day two to fix it and ended up having to replace the alarm. 2) On another night, a clock fell off the wall. This clock was very heavy and was not secured with anchors in the wall, so when the sheet rock gave way, the clock fell with a crash waking the house again, around midnight, 3)We also dealt with tiny ants all week in the bedrooms and under the large window seat in kitchen. We called about the ants but no one ever responded to that.4) The outside shower hose barely worked and appeared to have a very old hose that was cut on the end to allow water to escape. The front hose did not work at all. 5) the ice maker did not work. Overall the house was clean but several things need to be fixed or updated in order to make the stay more comfortable. It would have also been nice to have had access to the sound. Houses on both sides have access but this property does not.
