L'ampio vialetto offre un ampio parcheggio: c'è persino spazio per parcheggiare la barca. Entra dal posto auto coperto al piano terra. Questo entry level ospita "The Alcove" con un comodo letto matrimoniale e una TV "smart" da 32 pollici con Netflix. Particolarmente popolare tra gli adolescenti ma abbastanza comodo per gli adulti!

Una storia è la zona giorno principale che comprende un soggiorno con TV "smart" a schermo piatto da 60 pollici (via cavo + Netflix) e molti comodi posti a sedere. La sala da pranzo ha un tavolo con 8 posti a sedere e la cucina ben fornita ha un bar con 5 sgabelli da bar. C'è un mezzo bagno su questo piano e, soprattutto, una terrazza con vista sull'oceano fuori dal soggiorno con un tavolo per 6 e la passerella per la spiaggia! C'è anche un comodo divano e sedie da esterno su questo portico. Una breve passeggiata lungo la passerella e sei nella sabbia!

L'ultimo piano ha una master suite con vista sull'oceano con un comodo letto king size, una TV "smart" a schermo piatto da 39 pollici (via cavo + Netflix) e un bagno privato con doccia. Le porte di questa camera da letto conducono al ponte superiore per le migliori viste sull'oceano di giorno, stelle di notte. Questo è un ottimo posto per prendere il sole sulle 4 sedie a sdraio e osservare le stelle di notte!

Le altre due camere da letto si trovano anche a questo livello. Camera 2 ha un altro comodo letto matrimoniale e TV "smart" a schermo piatto da 32 pollici (via cavo + Netflix). La 3a camera da letto, o "Bunk Room", è perfetta per i bambini con due set di letti a castello e una TV "smart" a schermo piatto da 32 pollici (via cavo + Netflix). C'è un bagno completo nel corridoio che serve queste due camere da letto con vasca / doccia.

Altre grandi caratteristiche includono una griglia a gas (situata nel posto auto coperto) per grigliare pesce fresco locale o bistecche. Vi è una doccia calda / fredda all'aperto per sciacquare la sabbia durante il viaggio da una giornata di relax e gioco sulla spiaggia. Ci sono un sacco di giochi, libri e riviste recenti per il tuo divertimento.

"Affollato" non fa parte del nostro vocabolario in questa parte di North Topsail Beach. C'è molto spazio per la tua famiglia per stendere sedie e coperte, giocare a corn hole, bocci ball o paddle ball, lanciare il calcio o il frisbee e suonare i tuoi brani preferiti sulla spiaggia, senza disturbare o essere disturbato da altri. Rilassati mentre i bambini giocano nel surf, protetti da una barra di sabbia a circa 30-40 piedi di distanza, o nelle pozze di marea che possono apparire a fine giornata. Goditi la pesca del surf intorno ai posti di un ex molo a nord della casa o fai surf e boogie a bordo delle onde. Tutto sommato, un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi le lunghe giornate estive. E per estate, intendiamo almeno da maggio a ottobre!

This was a great place for our first visit to Topsail Beach! It was right on the beach and a short drive to many great restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. But the absolute best part was the beach front access. From coffee on the porch, to the outdoor shower after a day in the sand, being just steps to amazing Topsail Beach was so great!

My only issue was that the Netflix would not work even with the password, and it rained both days we were there. Other than that the view was amazing and the house was great!

Our family had a wonderful time at Sea La Vie. We loved the ocean views from the two decks and even spotted whales on our first evening! The main floor had comfy furniture and all the supplies we needed to cook and dine in. The beds were comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean. Amy was easy to communicate with and very welcoming. We hope to visit again soon!

Lovely home with deck facing the ocean. All conveniences provided. Has stairs but we were ok ,no one limited to climb them. Tastefully decorated and direct access to beach. Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Owner responded immediately to a problem with main floor a/c. Can honestly recommend this owner and home.

We couldn’t have asked for a better week at Sea La Vie! The location is convenient to the amenities of both Surf City and Sneads Ferry, yet the beach is far from crowded. Everything was as advertised and we would certainly stay here again.

Not only was this our first family vacation in many years, but it was my niece's 1st birthday as well. The house blew our expectations out of the water. It was clean, well kept, and had our own private direct access to the beach. Amy was very easy to reach via text when needed and responded quickly. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and plan to come back next year!

The rental was pristine and had everything we needed to jumpstart our vacation week. The views from the balcony were amazing. Beach was clean and spacious even with the neighboring rentals. Amy was so accommodating and always readily available if we needed her. So close to everything (grocery, restaurants, shopping, ice cream). Can't wait to book again!

The location of this property is great. Beautiful views of the beach and surf. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets. Unfortunately, we probably will not vacation in the area again. The addition of $200.00+ a day for local fees is hard to swallow. This is in no way a reflection on the owner, but on local government, who's services do not rate these high fees.

Not a single issue. Got just what we expected. A week of beautiful sunrises, days filled with shark teeth hunting and spike ball on the beach, great local food, 10 minute trip to grocery and lulled to sleep every night by Ocean waves. Perfect in every way.

This place was fantastic! Well appointed, everything you could need, especially in the kitchen area. And, on top of it all, location, location, location. My wife and I especially enjoyed the top-floor balcony, where we could sit for hours and just enjoy the view! Thanks to the owner! We will return.

This was our second stay at 'Sea La Vie', and we enjoyed it even more than the first. This section of the beach has not been busy during both our stays, which has been a bonus. The location - right on the beach - is terrific, and we enjoyed the outdoor areas of the property. In fact, we ate every meal outside. We have also appreciated that the porch and balcony options included opportunities to get some shade. We found it to be a relaxing setting that really met our needs. The kitchen and main living areas are nice and well-appointed. The place has generally been clean. The owner, Amy, has been responsive to our questions... Overall, we had a great stay and we hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Three generations of us enjoyed our 2 weeks at the beach. The beach wasn't crowded and there was still plenty of room even at high tide. Finding shark's teeth turned out to be an unexpected activity for all ages. On our last morning we found that a sea turtle had come ashore and laid eggs in the dune at the house next door!
