Questa casa sulla spiaggia offre il meglio dei due mondi con viste mozzafiato sull'Oceano Atlantico e sulle spiagge, oltre alla via navigabile Intracoastal! Questo duplex con 4 camere da letto e 4 bagni offre tutto questo e molto altro, con vista dalla zona giorno e pranzo, dalla cucina e da entrambe le camere matrimoniali. Completalo con un ascensore per chi ha bisogno di assistenza o semplicemente per portare gli attrezzi e la spesa. Questo rifugio sul mare è decorato in stile costiero, con arredi di buon gusto e accenti da spiaggia che ti faranno sentire come se fossi al momento dell'isola! Il primo livello dispone di tre ampie camere da letto, una master suite king, una regina e una con letto a castello e due letti singoli. Il secondo livello dispone di una camera matrimoniale con bagno padronale. La cucina completamente rinnovata e moderna ha tutte le necessità di cui potresti aver bisogno, tra cui microonde, piano cottura elettrico liscio, lavastoviglie e frigorifero side-by-side con ghiaccio e acqua. Il tavolo della sala da pranzo può ospitare 5 persone e il bar per la colazione può ospitare 4. La casa dispone di TV via cavo, a schermo piatto e connessione internet wireless ad alta velocità in tutto.

Relaxing Beach Week

We had a wonderful time at the beach. The house was great, clean and the location was wonderful. The access to the beach was super close and easy for the kids to navigate. We hope to book again in the future!!

Could have been cleaner. I had a huge picture come off the wall and hit me while I slept. It was not hung properly. The outside shower we had to clean before we could use it along with the patio.

Beautiful Home

We had a fabulous week at this vacation home! It was as described and the elevator was a lifesaver for the grandparents. Quick walk to the beach and minimal crowds on the beach.

The Perfect Week!

This house was absolutely perfect for our Mother/Daughter week. We wanted something that was on the water, with views and this home did not disappoint! We had coffee every morning overlooking the ocean before we set off to spend the day at the beach. The walk to the beach was SO EASY! and extremely convenient. The house was clean, new, and provided the perfect amount of space (and then some!). We hope to rent again next year!

Lovely stay

House was built in a great location, fac d the beach and across a very small street to get to beach. There was a strange issue with the underwater part of the beach as there is a road that goes under the water. I know it sounds strange, Google it. We liked the house very much, three generations together! Elevator worked so well. Would recommend this house!

Sea-riously Great

Everything about this place was wonderful! From the elevator for my father-in-law to use to get around to the spacious bedrooms and living areas to the gorgeous view…we loved it all! Super short walk to the beach and quiet area to spend time. If I had to complain about anything, I would say that the smaller beds for my son were uncomfortable and the fan didn’t work. Also the TV was messed up in the master upstairs bedroom. We were so thankful for a calm and peaceful place for our break!

Relaxing, beautiful, and well appointed

The home is spacious and beautiful. The kitchen is large and stunning with everything you’ll need to make meals. The appliances, dishes, etc were very high end. They even had pretty glass measuring spoons. Every room is perfectly appointed and well organized. It was generally very clean. The floor looked clean but turned my white socks black. For being second row the view is great! There are beautiful views from every room. You even have a Small view of the ocean From The Deck of the rooms Facing the street. Part of the view from the kitchen is obstructed by the small green house right in front of the home that you have to look past to see the ocean but that didn’t bother me. One of the bathtubs was stopped up when we arrived but they had a maintenance guy fix that within a couple of hours. The home seems to be excellently maintained. There were LOTS of jellyfish washed up on the beach and come to find out topsail beach is a prime location for jelly fish. Just FYI. They were cool to look at👀 overall it was a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

Dream of an escape!

We had an extended stay at this hide away and absolutely loved our time there. Having private access to the miles of beachfront was a dream! Our kids were able to play all day while coming to and from the home independently since the house is right there. The mattresses and couch were very comfortable as well which is usually our main issue when staying away for us. All apple iced were updated and in great working condition. There is a grocery store just 8 minutes from the property but outside of that all the main attractions and stores are 45 minutes or so away which was fine for us as we used this time to truly disconnect. The outdoor shower and elevator was a favorite for the kids. Was also nice having a full bathroom for all the bedrooms and guests. We can’t wait to return next year!

Beach Hair dont care.

Had a very comfortable stay at the condo. Very home like feel. And beds were amazingly comfortable. Perfect location for families with kids. You could sea right down to the location of beach chairs and loved the decks on all sides for morning coffee. Great time overall and will definitely see you next year.

Beautiful house and great beach!

The house is newly renovated and beautifully decorated. I was so grateful they allowed us to bring our dogs. The elevator was a must for us as my mother was recovering from a broken leg and my dog can’t do stairs. I was disappointed but not surprised by the cleanliness of the house. My family owned a house on topsail for several years and my mother always chose to clean it herself because a lot of the maids are awful. The floor was covered in sand throughout entire house. The toilets hadn’t been scrubbed but appeared to just have been wiped down. The showers would’ve streaked black if I sprayed some Clorox on them which makes me wonder the last time they actually got scrubbed. Luckily I bring my cleaning supplies with me and did a good bit of deep cleaning myself. I could’ve called the cleaner and in hind sight I should have but it was easier for me to do it myself than to have a stranger wasting my vacation time. This did not impact our stay as we enjoyed the location so much. The layout of the house was great as each bedroom had a private bath as well as a guest half bath. It felt like we all had plenty of privacy. You can fit 6 cars which is nice as well. Overall I will definitely stay again I will just have the maid come back if I run into the same problems.
