Questa è una residenza di lusso sull'oceano con 5 camere da letto che può ospitare fino a 14 persone, l'unità ha 3 livelli abitativi che sono decorati professionalmente con gusto di design. La residenza cittadina si trova a Villa's By the Sea nella parte tranquilla della North Topsail Beach.

La camera da letto principale si trova al 3 ° piano con una splendida vista sull'oceano, ha un bagno privato, una vasca idromassaggio e un balcone privato che si affaccia sulla spettacolare vista sull'oceano.

Il 2 ° piano ha altre tre camere da letto, sono le seguenti:
2nd Bedroom - è una suite che ha un bagno privato full size con accesso al balcone e vista sull'oceano.
3a camera da letto - ha un letto matrimoniale anche con accesso al balcone e vista sull'oceano.
4a camera da letto - ha 2 letti a castello che si affacciano sulla fantastica via navigabile inter costiera, è dotata di TV, ideale per i bambini.

C'è un bagno extra full size al secondo piano accanto alle 3 camere da letto.

Il 1 ° piano ha una spaziosa sala da pranzo che può ospitare comodamente fino a 13 persone con sedie da bar allestite sul bar della cucina per cene informali. C'è un ampio soggiorno con area bar al primo piano, la vasca idromassaggio è situata anche sul balcone al primo piano, la vasca idromassaggio può ospitare comodamente 5 persone per godere della spettacolare vista sull'oceano in qualsiasi momento.

La 5a camera da letto si trova anche al primo piano, ha un grande letto matrimoniale che si collega al bagno completo. Questa spaziosa camera da letto si affaccia sul canale navigabile intercoastal con vista sulla barca a vela.

Per comodità degli ospiti, l'ascensore al piano terra porta direttamente al soggiorno e all'area cucina del primo piano.

Questa casa è a pochi passi dal molo di pesca al largo dell'oceano, è l'ideale per la pesca diurna e notturna. Se ti piacciono le partite a golf, c'è un country club di golf a circa un miglio di distanza dalla casa di città, che è aperto al pubblico tutto l'anno.

Il balcone dal primo piano ha una passerella che porta al lungomare con la tua spiaggia privata per goderti l'abbronzatura o semplicemente guardare i tuoi bambini che giocano con l'onda dell'oceano. L'area fronte oceano della casa a schiera è lì per te e la tua famiglia per godervi il vostro oceano in qualsiasi momento. Vieni a rilassarti e goditi le grandi albe e i tramonti sulla sabbia bianca dell'oceano, mentre sei nella tua vasca idromassaggio privata o goditi un pasto sull'ampio ponte fronte oceano. We had a wonderful experience at this property. The host was super responsive and friendly, even sent us some recommendations for nearby restaurants. Property was clean and had everything we needed to spend a long weekend over Thanksgiving. Very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and linens. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the oceanfront deck, even in cooler temps. The men enjoyed surf fishing. Lovely, tasteful decor throughout the home. Everything in good working order. We are huge fans of the home and the location and hope to be returning customers!

This property served our family well for our stay at North Topsail! The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with anything you could possibly need to cook a great meal! The location was amazing! The hot tub and community pool were the icing on the cake! The owner and the property manager were both very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay! Highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

A nice stay

The host was communicative and the location was very nice. We saw dolphins everyday from the deck! The beds were comfortable and the layout worked well for three families. It was a positive experience overall.

Family Beach Trip 2023

House was beautiful, kitchen generously stocked, beds and furniture very comfortable. We had gorgeous weather for the week and everyone enjoyed swimming in the ocean and the community pool! We also had a great time meeting our neighbors who happen to own the adjoining unit! Will definitely book again!

Amazing Location in N Topsail

This was a perfect place for three families with young children. The beach is great- tidal pools and not crowded with plenty of space even at high tide. House was really lovely and well maintained with a perfect lay out for large dinners, cooking and entertaining children. Community pool is so close and such a great option especially for young kids. Donna was so helpful at check in and throughout our stay if we had any questions or concerns. Loved this place and will be booking again!

Beautiful Beach House!

My family and I had the best time! The house is everything it says and more. Clean and every room has a great view. Steps to the beach and pool. We made so many memories and had the best time. This trip meant a lot for me to have all my Loves the same house. It was perfect❤️🦈🏖️

Family Trip

We had a wonderful family vacation in October. We enjoyed a short walk to the pier and one day we saw a double rainbow over the pier. It was gorgeous!! The house was exactly what we were looking for. It is beachfront with plenty of comfortable rooms and a deck to sit on to enjoy the view. Instructions to enter via the elevator were clear. Good communication with the homeowner and property manager. This is a beautiful beach house for a vacation!

Perfect Seaside Retreat

This property has it all! Oceanfront, a hot tub to watch the sunsets on the beach and beautiful interior to make you feel like you are being treated on your beach getaway. The host was amazing and went above and beyond for our last minute holiday booking. I didn’t want to leave! Shirt walk to the pier and next door to the best gluten-free restaurant on the NC coast! The regular food is delicious too! We biked, played tennis and got our beach time in. Truly amazing you won’t want to miss out!

Vacation Bliss

Other than some initial difficulty with getting the elevator to work the house is beautiful with a perfect location on the beach. Quiet area, stocked with beach chairs, umbrella and toys. The owner was very responsive. We do wish the beds were premade as it was challenging to make the top bunks but like that we knew the sheets were clean. Would like to have known that was the case with the comforters though. We would definitely look at renting again!

Family Get Together

The house was/is amazing!! We had 6 adults and had plenty of room. Very clean and inviting. The house was top notch from top to bottom. We made most of our meals there and enjoyed the spacious kitchen we could work together in! View is spectacular- we saw dolphins almost every day - So Fun! Such a relaxing time - the dining room table was roomy enough for my daughter to do a puzzle on one end and had plenty of room for all of us to dine together and play games on the rest of it. The owner and property manager were so accommodating and easy to work with. Thank you for letting us make your home ours for a week. Wish we could have stayed longer... We'll be back!

This property exceeded our expectations! Brenda and Donna were very responsive with all of our questions prior and during our stay. Upon arrival, the unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. We found the top floor bedroom a little warmer than others, but that is expected for a top floor room. Brenda had a ceiling fan and portable fan to keep our family cool up there. It worked out well and they felt cool when sleeping the whole week. Our family found all the beds to be very comfortable. The beach access was incredible. You can’t get much closer than that! The community pool was recently renovated and very well maintained. It’s a short walk from the unit. The private hot tub was a huge bonus for us. My dad has a bad knee and appreciated the elevator to the first floor living area/bedroom. This unit was perfect for him since there were limited stairs and it was a short walk to the beach and pool. The kitchen had everything we could have needed. We made many large family dinners. One addition we might suggest is an ice maker. Although, the freezer made Ice very quick. Some of us were working remote and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. You can tell Brenda took the time to make sure all the little things were in each room. Plenty of hooks to hang wet suits or towels, travel size toiletries, ceiling fans in each room, waterfall like shower heads, and beach equipment for everyone in the storage closet! This property is about 7 minutes to the grocery store and some shops. It was close to everything you could need, but not crowded at all. We are looking forward to coming back again next summer to this unit. Thank you Brenda and Donna!

Perfect summer vacation

My family and I had an amazing week. The property manager was attentive to any questions we had. The property was clean and beautiful. We will gladly rent this property again in the future.
