Great view!

We loved staying here, it was super clean and had a great ocean view. Our only complaint was the mattress in the bedroom, other then that it was perfect.

Nice, well equipped condo. Great view and proximity to beach. One of the nicest NC beaches! Great restaurants in the area. Very quiet layed back spot. We had a great stay and we recommend coming here for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect for us…….

For the cost, you have a clean condo in a very safe area, with a beach view from your balcony. Really not much to complain about! Literally down some steps from the condo entrance to the sand. Communication with owner was great. Just be aware that you need to bring your own sheets and towels. You get 1 roll of TP, 1 paper towel and hand soap. This was not an issue for us, but may be important for your decision.

Overall Good Stay

Overall all the condo was as expected. We enjoyed the location. Condo is a little dated and needs the walls wash as they had a lot of dust of them. My biggest complaint would be that the couch was not the slightest bit comfortable. After a long day at the beach it would have been nice to have a more comfortable seating. Host was responsive and we didn’t have any issues with our stay just minor complaints.

North topsail condo

Upon arrival the images were a bit deceiving. This place was absolutely tiny! We should have look at the sq footage totally are fault. This place is suitable for A couple at most. The kitchen has horrible layout. When you are doing the dishes you also have to pull down the oven to put the dishes in or won’t work to load. Hardly any cabinet or countertop space for groceries. Under the bunk beds there was a ton of crap with sand all over it so nowhere to store luggage either. Overall we had a good time with our little ones definitely won’t be renting this space again.

The property fit the pictures and description exactly. The owner was very responsive and kind. There was a very good amount of tv channels as well. It’s perfect for a getaway for 2.

Best birthday getaway!

My husband wanted me to enjoy the beach for my birthday and this was the perfect gift! The view from the balcony was perfect and we were only steps away from the beach! Another bonus was that the beach was never over crowded! I would recommend this place and definitely plan to book again in the future!

Beautiful view. Close to the beach . Owner fast to reply your text even i text her pass 9pm . They have most of the beach stuffs you need so dont have to bring your own. Very good price for peak holiday season. We will stay there again when we come back to north top sail. Thank you .

Beach relaxation

The condo was perfect size for our group. I went with my daughter and 3 grandkids and they all had a blast Although the weather called for rain all week we got 3 good beach days out of 5.

Short trip to Topsail

LOVE!

Beautiful, clean and super convenient! Owner was so easy and responsive to work with. Views are beautiful from the balcony. One flight of stairs to the beach and a short walk to the pool. Had a great stay!

It was a disapointment

First we didn’t get any information till two days before we were to arrive. When we arrived we were not aware there was no elevators it would have been helpful since we’re senior citizens. I had a very large suitcase I would have taken a smaller one if I had known. The front door was alway stuck and difficult to open and close. The bed was very uncomfortable along with the pillows. There was only one roll of toilet paper and we had to get our own. The toilet lid had to be held up by a small picture because it kept falling down. No internet and it took us forever to get the tv to work too many remotes. We couldn’t use the dishwasher because there was dishwasher detergent. We also we weren’t aware of the parking pass it wasn’t in our welcome packet. In the past I’ve had hosts that were always available we had no way to contact our host till we got there. We did have a wonderful view,
