Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and access to YouTube TV, allowing you to enjoy your favorite shows at your leisure. With premium hybrid mattresses in every room, restful nights are guaranteed. Additionally, the property provides a variety of games and puzzles for those cozy nights indoors, making it a perfect environment for family bonding or friendly gatherings.

Guests will have full access to the entire property, including all amenities, the private hot tub, and the community pool. The property features a digital lock system for secure entry, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay. Parking is available for up to five vehicles, providing convenient access to your beach getaway.

* The pool is typically open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October and is shared between 6 duplexes(including ours). Due to county requirements and inspection schedules, opening and closing dates cannot be guaranteed. Pool schedule can also not be guaranteed in the event of an unexpected closure out of our control.

• A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required to confirm your stay.
• This is a non-smoking, non-vaping property.
• No pets are allowed per HOA rules.
• No events permitted on the premises.
• Parking available for up to 4 vehicles; no additional parking in the Villas development.

• CLEAN linens, including comforters and shams
• Pack ’n Play, high chair, and noise machines available upon request (first come, first served)
