Welcome to Our Happy Place #170, a thoughtfully curated luxury vacation home located at 4330 Island Drive, North Topsail Beach, NC. Situated in the exclusive Ocean Ridge community, this stunning coastal retreat places you just steps from the beach with quick access right off the back porch, while also offering beautiful ocean and sound views, a private hot tub, and access to a community pool—creating the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. This home sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel immersed in the coastal lifestyle. Start your mornings with coffee on the expansive ocean-view deck, listening to the waves and seabirds. Spend your days lounging by the community pool, walking the shoreline, or soaking in the private hot tub with sweeping ocean views. Evenings are best enjoyed outdoors with a sunset cocktail or gathered inside in the beautifully designed living spaces that make this home ideal for families and groups.

First Floor:
-Bedroom 1: Queen bed and access to a hall bathroom
-Bedroom 2: One twin bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed

Second Floor:
-Main living area with spacious living room, dining area seating six, and coastal-inspired décor designed for relaxation
-Spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with bar seating for three
-Bedroom 3: Queen bed and access to a hall bathroom

Third Floor:
-Bedroom 4: Primary master suite with king bed, private upper deck with breathtaking ocean views, and a completely remodeled luxury bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower with rainfall shower head, double vanity, and freestanding soaking tub
-Bedroom 5: Queen bed and twin bed, walk-in closet, private deck, and stunning coastal views

Outdoor Living & Resort-Style Amenities: Our Happy Place #170 offers exceptional outdoor spaces designed for comfort and connection:
-Private hot tub with ocean views
-Oversized ocean-view deck spanning the length of the home with all-wood outdoor furniture
-Quick and easy beach access directly off the back porch (located between the two homes that are close together, behind the house slightly to the right, directly down the driveway)
-Community pool located just a short walk down the beach
-Ocean and sound views throughout the home
-Two enclosed garages with space for parking and indoor recreation
-Ping pong table for family-friendly entertainment
-Universal EV charger (SAE J1772/NACS) available for guest use with a universal adapter

This home is managed by Landmark Vacation Rentals, ensuring a seamless, high-quality stay with attentive local support before, during, and after your visit.

High-speed internet and Smart TVs can be found throughout the home. There is a keyless entry lock on the ground floor entrance. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note all top bunks will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you!

We had a party of 11 stay here and we had such an AMAZING time! We usually go to the gulf for our vacation but decided to change it up, and we all had such a great time. It’s so easy to get to the beach and there’s so much space for everyone to stretch out and unwind. The host was quick to respond to messages also. We absolutely recommend it!
