Steps away from the sand, this oceanfront 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home provides some of the best views on Topsail Island! Enjoy being on a quiet street with plenty of beach for your family to play and relax.

Living and Dining:
The popular reverse floorplan puts all the living spaces on the top floor to maximize the amazing ocean views, which can be seen from every room on the second floor. The open layout allows everyone to be together while preparing meals in the well appointed kitchen or relaxing for a movie in the comfortably furnished living room. The dining table easily seats 6. Plus room for 3 more at the kitchen counter.

Sweet Dreams:
Three roomy bedrooms on the first floor, plus one cozy room on the second floor, provide plenty of space for a good night’s sleep.

1st Floor North Oceanfront - Queen, private bathroom (shower)
1st Floor South Oceanfront - Queen, full bath adjacent
1st Floor South Street-Side - Queen & Twin Beds, full bath adjacent
2nd Floor - Twin room, half bath adjacent

Your beach rental is located approximately 5.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge in North Topsail Beach. You'll love the peace and quiet here! Head to Surf City or Sneads Ferry (mainland) for restaurants, shops and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

Ok

It was ok. I overpaid judging by the rentals through companies in the are. The house itself is outdated and the rooms were extremely small. The blinds need to be replaced. You can’t touch them without one falling off. For what we paid they could stand to do some updates
