Discover the tranquil retreat at 204 Porto Vista Drive, a coveted location on the coast of Topsail Island. This stunning second-row single-family residence features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, accommodating up to nine guests, and is waiting for you! Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by an array of fun activities on the ground floor, including a ping-pong table, an air hockey table, and a beach wagon for your convenience, among other amenities. Ascend to the second level, where you’ll find delightful bedrooms adorned in nautical colors, comfortable mattresses, and an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. The expansive Master King bedroom offers access to a balcony and includes a spacious en-suite bathroom complete with a double vanity and a welcoming bathtub. Further along the hallway, you’ll encounter the laundry facilities, followed by a Queen bedroom, which also boasts balcony access and is adjacent to a full bathroom. At the end of the corridor, the third bedroom features a Twin over Full bunk bed, ideal for children or groups of friends. When you reach the top level, you'll enter the living room, the heart of the home, where tranquility meets the essence of coastal living. There’s ample space to unwind with a coffee and a book or to enjoy a family movie together. This area also includes a Queen sleeper sofa and a half bath. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and contains everything necessary for meal preparation or for enjoying meals at the dining table. As the evening approaches, step out onto the balcony or rise to the crow's nest atop the home, where stunning panoramic views of the coastline and the sound await. Enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset transform the sky into shades of pink and gold—a breathtaking experience that never ceases to amaze. Additionally, this property provides access to a community dock and private beach access just a short walk down the road and across the street.

Great vacation house

Great location to with private access to beach and community dock in the back. Eagles nest patio is cool. Awesome house, highly recommend.
