We had a couple things come up at the house and I contacted the owners and they had a great communication with us and offered to fix everything… I would definitely rent this place again , right on the water you can see sunrises from your front porch…

Great beach view, felt like you could reach out and touch it. Well stocked condo with many extra touches you don’t usually find in rentals. We loved our stay. Only cons would be the shower head in hall bath fell off first time someone used it. Call maintenance and within two hours it was repaired. Also the master bath shower could use some kind of non slip mat. The floor gets very slippery with soap. It’s an accident waiting to happen. Overall it’s a excellent condo to rent.

We’ll kept and so close to ocean you feel like you’re sleeping in the waves. Bed was super comfy and kitchen very well stocked. Perfect spot to chillax!

Topsail Dunes

This is our third time staying at the Topsail Dunes complex. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and a community pool. The condo had all the amenities we needed and the second bedroom worked well for our three kids. We will definitely be back.

The house was surface clean, we found candy under the couch, a baby sipper cup under the nightstand and clothes behind the dresser. The bathroom door was a pocket door and there were finger prints embedded on the door. There were food smudge on several spots on walls. The people on top of us were stomping all day and night. It sounded like they had bricks on their feet- not owners fault but the walls are super thin. The outside of the place was dirty, the glass does needed cleaning and so did the outside furniture. The screen door was broken and didn’t shut properly and the flies kept coming in. The pool was very outdated and the pool chairs were all moldy and dirty. The kitchen was fully stocked and had what you needed. The beds were comfortable. I would have put a rug by the front door to catch the sand as you enter and a light above the kitchen table. The view of the beach is wonderful. Overall it was a nice trip.

It was the best!

My wife and I came here to celebrate our Anniversary and it was the best!! Beautiful location, if we weren’t out in the beach we were spending our time on the balcony looking and listening to the beautiful ocean! Would totally recommend!

Coming back!!!

Exactly as advertised! The location was fantastic with super easy beach access. It met all our expectations! We stayed with our 8-week-old baby and the place was impeccably maintained. I highly recommend it, especially due to how close you are to the ocean. We will definitely be coming back!

Just Perfect

We absolutely loved here. We were mere steps from the beach which just perfect. The complex was very well maintained as well. The kids loved the pool after a long day on the beach. There was area right by the condo where we could clean off sand. And that view from the balcony was just perfect.

Summer get away

This property was located right on the beach , you could sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view and sound of the waves . Very clean and comfortably slept 6. The beach is just a few steps away . And the property manager was easily accessible and answered all questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful week- beautiful beach!! Area is very nice with a lot of great restaurants. The condo was clean and updated- the master bath is very small, and hard to maneuver in. Other than that issue, all was great

2022 October getaway

The Salty Wave was everything and more. Great view from the balcony watching the sunrise. Loved taking long walks on the beach day and night. Thank you so much for this much needed time away from home. So relaxing. I hope to make it back next year!

Great week!

This was the third unit we’ve stayed in at Topsail Dunes and it has been our favorite. The master bathroom is extremely tight - very little room between the shower and the sink and not much more room between the toilet and sink. We had to clean the master shower before we could use it, but the rest of the unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the unit is in a great location - close to both the steps from the parking lot and the steps to the beach. Excellent communication with the owners and we did not have any issues during our stay.

Beginning of summer celebration

This was the closest we’ve ever stayed to the shore…this condo is truly ON the beach. Building 1 has the best views. Would not want to overlook the pool as some of the other buildings do. The condo is comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Owners are very nice to deal with.
