Pool Information:
The pool is available for guest use and is shared between 5 houses this year (and may be shared with up to 8 houses next year). It is open from Memorial Day through October and is not heated.

RENTAL TERMS
Signed rental agreement and security deposit are required within 24 hours of booking. Security deposit of $500.00$ will be held 2 days prior to stay and released 7 days after stay if there is no damage.

Please refer to your cancelation policy + $150 processing fee. No refunds are issued for inclement weather barring mandatory evacuation. Trip Insurance is highly recommended.
