Ocean/Sound View Sun-Sun rental July only otherwise 2-4 night min linen included

"Easy Like Sunday Morning" is a dog friendly beach house that helps you avoid the terrible Saturday traffic with a Sunday check in. 7 night minimum July only ~ 4 night minimum June/August otherwise 2 night. Linens/towels provided as well as a welcome package so you can relax and unwind after a day of travel and start your vacation immediately . Package includes paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, laundry detergent , dish soap with sponge and coffee filters ( K-cup/pot combo and French Press) This newly renovated property has new ac units and appliances. It features 3 bedrooms including a king bed, queen bed, and XL twin over queen bunk bed. The master bathroom has a spacious walk in shower. The main floor offers an additional sleeping space with a queen size Murphy bed. Other amenities include fenced backyard, outdoor shower, outdoor sink ideal for cleaning your fresh catch with ease, one keyless door lock ( the other is keyed ) gas grill, cooler, beach chairs, Turkish beach towels (thin so quick to wash /dry during your stay), washer/dryer, hair dryer and WiFi. Well equipped kitchen large air fryer, pancake griddle, and steamer pot. There is one Ring video camera on the outside of the house that monitors the driveway/parking area only. This property is located 5 miles north of the Surf City bridge and 3 miles south of the North Topsail Beach bridge allowing easy access to the many restaurants and shops in Surf City and North Topsail/Sneads Ferry. Steps from the sand our oceanside beach house is located on a side street with no public parking offering a a beautiful uncrowded area of beach. No need to cross Island Drive/Highway 210- just stroll to the beach with ease.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything we needed for our family of 5 and puppy. The balconies and porch swings were our favorite, especially while watching the gorgeous sunsets. We even saw dolphins one morning! The host was very responsive and helpful with any question we had. We cannot wait to go back and make more memories.

I could spend a day talking about how wonderful this place and trip was. The communication with the owner was the best I have ever had. There was small touches throughout the house that made you feel welcome and home. You can tell the thought that went into making the experience was the best it could be. The location is 10/10. You are steps from the beach and on the other side you have views of the sound. Beds were super comfortable. My son asked for a beach trip for his birthday and every day he thanked us because he was so happy. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our pet. The only thing (which was not an issue for us) is if you have someone that is not good with stairs, this wouldn't be your place. It was a good workout and we had no problem. Thank you again!

Beautiful home, set in a beautiful location. The house was equipped with all the things you need away from home like dishes, cups, coffee maker, pots, pans, salt and pepper, and so much more. We enjoyed ourselves and would love to go back.

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway in N. Topsail, NC!Our stay at this beach home in was exactly what my family and I were hoping for – peaceful, convenient, and relaxing. The location couldn’t have been better: just steps from beach access, with a quiet stretch of shoreline that offered plenty of space and tranquility.The home itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully upgraded throughout. From modern appliances to quality furniture and comfortable beds, every detail made our stay feel effortless and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the stunning views of both the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway from the deck – truly the best of both worlds. Covered parking.The property owners were a pleasure to work with – polite, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. This rental exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful beach escape with all the comforts of home.

This house had everything we expect in a house. Very clean, well stocked, proximity to the beach (shorter than the pictures appear), great view of ocean and sound, and stocked with linens and towels in place without having to unpack from a bin (it is actually nice considering there are many things you already have to unpack upon arrival). The gas grill was new and had two propane tanks available. There are beach chairs and an umbrella as well. Crazy as it sounds, I loved having access to a storage room on the ground level to store things such as fishing rods and coolers. The location is an another plus. A short 10 minute ride to both bridges.You will not be disappointed with this house. We have booked plenty in the OBX (our 1st time in Topsail) and this house ranks very near the top. We will definitely book again unless we decide to secure our own place.Thank you Tiffany for making your house feel like our house during our stay.

Amazing Stay!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked and had everything we needed. We loved the beachy décor and enjoyed watching sunsets and dolphin pods from the decks. This property is unique as not only do you get to see the beautiful Atlantic, there are amazing sound views as well. The neighborhood was awesome and the beach nourishment project has been completed ensuring a wonderful summer for all who visit. Tiffany was amazing to work with and we can't wait for a return visit. Will definitely be back.
