Our stay began with a nor’easter and king waves and ended with lots of sunshine and warm weather. It was fun having a front row seat on the balcony to see the beauty in it all. The condo was very comfortable, had all that we needed to cook, play games, enjoy the beach and make new memories. Our host checked in on us and gave some great recommendations for day trips and restaurants. We would definitely recommend Sunrise Escape and hope to return in the future.

Summer family vacation

We stayed for 1 week at this location, it was beautiful! Erica was great and quick to communicate with. Everything was clean in the unit. The view was amazing, and the access to the beach/pool/playground was easy. Would most definently stay again if we return to N Topsail!

Fantastic Stay at Topsail

We loved this property at North Topsail. Great ocean view and the condo have everything you need. Erica was a good communicator and reach out mid trip to make sure everything was good. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely e back.

Loved our beach stay at this condo

We enjoyed our stay at your condo very much. The location was nice and quiet, perfect view of the ocean and sunrise from the balcony and the elevator was super nice to the 3rd floor.

We stayed at the condo while closing on our house and it was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo, the ocean views, and the area is so nice! Erica is a rockstar, truly, she went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and taken care of. I highly recommend this condo to anyone thinking of staying in Topsail!

I can’t say enough good things about the property and the owner! She was kind enough to let us check in early after the cleaning service was completed. The dishwasher was messed up but was scheduled to be repaired and she made sure we had plenty of disposable plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. The condo is even decorated and set up with thoughtfulness for a family with kids. Such a wonderful place to stay and I hope we get to come back!

The condo was very well equipped throughout. Erica was very prompt with communications. The dishwasher was broken but plenty of paper and plastic products were provided for convenience. Nice beachfront view and plenty of beach items at the unit to borrow. Comfortable furniture throughout.

Great location for a relaxing vacation

Right on the beach in a quiet part of Topsail island. Even on Memorial Day the beach and pool never felt crowded. Highly recommend.

Beautiful views!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful ocean view property! The views were breathtaking, and the proximity to the beach made it the perfect vacation spot. The condo was well-equipped, and comfortably accommodated our group. The host was responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. We can't wait to return for another relaxing getaway. We will be BACK!

Our oldest friend, 90, benefited from the elevator and ramp. The location is directly on the ocean so we spent lots of time on the balcony. The decor was perfect, well appointed and not overdone with seashell art. We had everything we needed and appreciated the welcome snacks. The linens, towels and general condition of the furnishings were in good order. Loved having ceiling fans and lots of light too. We enjoyed out 4 day stay so much we booked 2 weeks for 2025! Easy access to beach and restaurants as well. You want to stay here.

Simply Amazing Host!

Wow, where do I start on the host Erica…. We were staying at another property and having a horrible experience and I just could not take it anymore. I found Erica’s property, but it wasn’t available for the day we needed to move out of current property. She contacted her mother who had a condo in the same building, she had a one bedroom unit available. However, she typically does not rent for just one night. She made the exception to help us out of the current property. Then Erica let us book her condo for the remaining of the week. We had the best week after moving to this condo. I actually never slept, but one night in my room. I slept on the couch with the sliding doors open to the ocean. The beautiful sunrises each morning were amazing and beautiful. The condo is beautiful and so clean. If you needed anything at all, Erica was available to help you at any time you need it. I could not thank Erica and her mother enough for how they hosted us in their condos and the personal touch to the visit. We are coming back in the summer to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from high school. We will defiantly be renting from Erica on the future trip. Thank you so much!

Excellent Condo, Beach, and Owners!

Communication with the owner was great! She provided all needed information prior to check-in. She also checked on us during our stay. The condo was clean and it had numerous extras including beach towels and a large Nesso beach tent. The beachfront view from the balcony was nice. The beach was clean and there was plenty of room. We would stay at this location again.

We had the best week! The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. The owner was also the best. She was in touch with updates and answered promptly with answers to any questions we had. So close to the beach, we sat on the balcony every night. There was lots of beach equipment there to use. Overall great vacation. We would absolutely book again!!

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful time! Beautiful ocean front views and seen several pods of dolphins throughout the week. Kids enjoyed the beach and the pool & found over 100 shark teeth on the beach. The sea turtle hospital was a learning experience and the USS North Carolina in Wilmington is about an hours drive. The condo was clean and exactly as described. The beach chairs, canopy and wireless speaker were great! The steps down to the beach weren't in service during our stay so we had to use the neighboring beach access which is not very much farther & wasn't that big of a deal. It looks like the new lumber is already there for it to be repaired. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Everything was so clean and fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we could hear the ocean at night. Will definitely be back.
