Topsail Reef Breathtaking Paradise Vacay

Enjoy a ground floor 1 bedroom that has been completely renovated throughout and very un tastefully decorated with a Mediterranean theme . It has a pull out couch that can accomodate 2 more if needed , and an extra comfy cot if you would rather not share the pull out . Everything in the unit is new and updated to the highest quality . It is literally just steps from the ocean with the most amazing view of the Atlantic where you can watch dolphins play, surfers surf , enjoy fishing right out front or even watch shrimp boats in the morning while you have your coffee on the deck. It has high quality stainless appliances , new luxury vinyl plank throughout, new washer/dryer, and high speed internet. TVs are in the bedroom as well as living room and equipped with netflix, hulu and cable. This is a ground floor that will allow you to go in and out with ease as well as offer the most incredible views around !!Also enjoy the views on the deck while sitting in your directors chairs with a matching table to enjoy your meals or drinks overlooking the ocean and just relaxing .
There is a tennis court and basketball court to enjoy , and designated grilling areas . Topsail Beach and Surf City Towns are minutes away by car , and Historic Downtown Wilmington , and The International Airport are 30 / 40 min away .
Parking is right next to entrance. You will have a smart lock on the door for self check in with your personal code .Across the street you will have a small grocery store packed with all the necessities you will need and the new and improved TIki Bar across is also across the street next to the country store. You can relax with a beer or drink if you prefer , catch the great food truck with delicious food, and many other activities on various days and times. Check out the North End Tiki Bar Website for the most up to date info with dates and times.. The Tiki Bar offers live music from Thursday to Saturday for you to enjoy as well! I am always available to make sure you have an amazing stay ,and am always just a phone call away !

The unit was cozy. It could use more table lamps. Overhead lights were very stark. Kitchen could use more dishes and flatware. We ate out each night so it wasn’t really a problem for us, but it could be for the next guest. The biggest disappointment was the beach and access. Because of the sandbags ( which were not mentioned in listing) we had to wait for low tide to access the beach next to building 8 or drive 4 miles to the free public beach.

As advertised

The unit was pretty much as advertised and met all our basic needs. It was clean and the view was great being right on the beach. However, the north end of the island has more beach erosion so there were lots of huge sand bags stacked up to our deck that kind of spoiled the view up close. The beach is non existent at high tide. Mid island closer to surf city was a nicer beach. The unit is small, but has most of the basics. I found the bed too soft for my liking and the air conditioning did not reach all the way back to the bedroom very well. It was sufficient, but definitely much cooler in the living room. The large washer dryer was nice to have being at the beach.

Condo is delightfully decorated and was very well equipped with everything necessary. The absolutely amazing aspects are the views and beach access as you are directly on the beach which requires NO driving once you arrive which is a significant premium. There is a few hours a day when some parts of the beach becomes covered due to the daily tide, but you can walk a ways down are rest inside or on the porch to rest. The beach is family friendly and what we found to have minimal amount of people which again, is rare for such a gem. Demi is a fantastic host & is diligent to make your stay fulfilled with lifelong memories. We will DEFINITELY be returning.

Beautiful location

Location of property is beautiful, but condo could use some maintenence work and a different cleaning crew. Upon arrival, the shower was still full of sand as were the floors. I had to sweep as I moved in for my stay. Light covers missing in the bedroom, dirt and sand in the closet where you want to store your personal belongings. The kitchen could use some containers ro store leftover food, which I had to go purchase while there and I left behind for the next guests. Also of note, there was no cutting board or any cooking utensils except one wooden spoon. Providing a spatula and a few other cooking utensils wouls be very helpful.

The house was beautiful. Literally right on the beach. The view was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was as described. The only downfall was we were unable to use a grill. But we had a great time! We will for sure use them again

Overall a great stay

We really enjoyed the property. It was quiet even with the Tiki Bar across the street. Checking in and out was a breeze. Demi was excellent with communication. The room was nice and had most things that we needed. If you have small children just keep in mind that this is definitely ocean front. There’s only really a beach at low tide. During high tide we had to travel down the road to the public beaches. Not a problem, I just didn’t realize it when booking

Lovely place

This condo was perfectly situated for us with regard to access and a lovely place to stay. Our host was responsive and easily accessible. We had a wonderful week. Be aware, though: If you are one who wants to sit out on the beach all day long, from early in the morning until late afternoon, these condos are probably not for you. Due to the beach erosion issue and the placement of sandbags, the beach disappears from about 1.5 to 2 hours before and after high tide.

great stay

The owners were great. I had to call for a couple of reasons (not the owners fault) and she was extremely helpful and nice. The condo is in great condition with a great view from the balcony. The only issue I had was with the kitchen supplies. Not enough pots, pans, kitchen utensils. The ice maker was broken (she said she was getting it fixed). All in all it was a great stay.

Much needed relaxation

This was our 2nd stay here. The beach was right in front of you, very calming and relaxing. Demie was very responsive and goes out of her way to provide guests the best experience. Would recommend.

Beautiful. would definetly stay there again..

It was hard for us old folks to get up and down on the chairs on deck. there was only 1 and 1/2 roll of toilet paper, other than that we loved every second of our stay.

A slice of heaven!

Check in was a breeze and we were I was immediately impressed with all of the little touches that were made to make guests feel comfortable. The condo was clean and well kept. The host was very quick to respond to any of my questions and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. The view of the ocean is breathtaking and beach access was steps away. We loved our stay and hope to be back.
