Turtles Cove

About this space
Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Enjoy sunrises/Sunsets, dolphins playing, and maybe even see a few shrimp boats from the private balcony of this 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo that sleeps up to 6. Condo is keyless entry, so there is no worrying about losing keys on the beach. Sneads Ferry is a short 7 mile (10 min.) drive away.
The space
Bedroom- queen size bed with a TV, dresser and a full closet

Bathroom- full bathroom with a tub/shower.

Hallway nook- twin bunkbeds, each with their own tv and headphones. Top bunk is only rated for kids, teens, or small adults.

Living room- sleeper sofa.


Kitchen is fully equipped to include a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and waffle maker. Plus it has all you need to cook and eat your meal (pots, pans, glasses, silverware, plates) all the goodies.


Pets- Unfortunately, no pets of any kind are allowed. This is a strict HOA policy. Condo owners are allowed to have pets, so that’s why you might come across some while you are out and about. They must be registered. So we cannot allow pets for guests, sorry:(

Parking- We offer parking for up to 2 vehicles with the parking passes that are provided.

Basic Essentials- We will supply at least one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper for you to begin your stay.

Guest access
Guests not only have the keyless entry access they have access to all the picnic areas, grills, tennis/basketball courts, corn hole, horseshoes, internet (WiFi)/cable, as well as pay per use laundry facilities.
Other things to note
There will be a “guide” book in the condo with all information such as WiFi information and contact information should you need anything during your stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. Todd responded to every question I had quickly. One thing I will say is there are not many restaurants within walking distance. However, it was worth it and will return.

The air condition didnt work in the bed room which made it uncomfortable to sleep there was holes in the floor were the laminate was broke with sharp edges exposed also the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and there is many repairs that need tobe made . The beach is under water at high tide so if you want to be on the beach you have to walk aways to enjoy that.The cookware needs to be updated whats there mostly isnt very good to use .

Pretty in pictures but lacking in real life...

We arrived about half an hour after the indicated check-in time and was greeted with the cleanin lady and her child in tow while she was in yhe middle of cleaning the place and she told us she did not know that we were coming even though we had booked the condo at least four months in advance. She kept cleaning as fast as she could while we tried to stay out of her way while trying to entertain her kid. Bathroom is small and we found mold on the shower liner. Place seemed smaller than in the pictures. Place for 6 to sleep in, but dining spots for only 4. Kitchen is small and there is no dishwasher. There was no drying rack which was odd since the place did not have a dishwasher. There are plenty of old pots and pans, most of which needs to be thrown away. The bedroom a/c unit did not work and the owner expects you to install the portable unit since he has not gotten permission from the HOA to fix/replace the bedroom unit. The pics show sand bags which prevent the condos from bieng washed away during high tide. High tides also means no beach since that part is under water, and you may need to drive to a different part of the beach for your family to swim in like we did for nearly half of out stay. If the bedroom a/c unit ever gets fixed this location would be good for a family of up to four who prefers to watch the ocean from the balcony rather than be in it.
