No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Doors
Keep doors closed at all times when not entering and exiting the property.

Pet Policy
• One pet is allowed on the property, provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and the applicable pet fee has been paid.
• Pets must be kept on a leash in public areas, and all waste must be promptly cleaned up.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture unless cleaned or rinsed after outdoor activities.
• Guests without pets should not have to step in waste, please be respectful of shared spaces.
• All guests with pets are responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout their stay.
• Failure to follow these pet rules may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Bathroom & Supplies
• Toilet paper, garbage bags, and a roll of paper towels are provided at the start of your stay.
• Please use paper towels for cleaning purposes only (not for toilets).

General Respect for the Property
• Please treat the property with care, keeping furniture, linens, and appliances clean.
• Avoid leaving sand, dirt, or debris on furniture or floors, especially after beach visits.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
