Bella 5 BD Beachfront Pet Friendly Home

Benvenuti nella nostra bellissima casa sulla spiaggia! Una fuga luminosa e bella, rilassante e confortevole! Basta camminare a pochi metri dal ponte sulle calde sabbie bianche e fare un tuffo nell'oceano. O siediti su uno dei nostri tre ponti, alza i piedi con una bibita fresca e goditi il sole e la vista mozzafiato. Accettiamo animali domestici (da piccoli a medi), quindi siete invitati a portare con voi quella parte importante della vostra famiglia!

A proposito della nostra casa:
Viste mozzafiato dal nostro ampio ponte al primo piano pieno di comode sedie Adirondack alte con. C'è un rubinetto / doccia all'aperto. Le scale conducono dal ponte del piano principale fino alla spiaggia.

La zona giorno principale comprende la cucina, una zona bar seduta (6 posti a sedere), un grande tavolo da pranzo per i pasti in famiglia (posti 8). Il soggiorno ha una grande area salotto con smart TV a schermo piatto, DVD e cavo espanso.

La cucina è completamente fornita di tutto il necessario, proprio come a casa e anche un seggiolone.

Un bagno completo si trova al piano principale. Abbiamo una camera da letto matrimoniale con un pacchetto e giocare culla.

Il secondo livello ha tre camere da letto:
1) Una master suite che ha un mazzo che si affaccia sull'oceano. I colori rilassanti ti aiutano a rilassarti immediatamente. La master suite ha un letto king size con il proprio bagno completo e una TV a schermo piatto con cavo espanso (2 posti letto)
2) Una camera da letto matrimoniale si affaccia sull'oceano e ha una terrazza per rilassarsi e godersi il caffè al mattino. Ha una Smart TV a schermo piatto con cavo espanso (2 posti letto)
3) Una camera da letto con vista sul retro della casa che ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello. Ha una Smart TV a schermo piatto con cavo espanso. (4 posti letto)

Il secondo livello ha anche un bagno completo.

Il 3 ° livello di questa casa è un tesoro nascosto - 4 letti singoli che si affacciano sull'oceano con il suo mazzo privato, divano letto e smart tv.

Vi è un ampio vialetto che può ospitare almeno 6 auto. L'area sotto la casa ha un rubinetto per pulire i piedi e una grande griglia a gas.

La casa è inoltre dotata di WIFI.

Perfect December stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable beach house. Exactly as advertised. Great ocean views and access. The beach is quiet in December and we hit some lovely sunny and warm days.

Comfortable Beach Get-Away

This property was perfect for our family to stay for the holidays. Its right on the beach with balaconies to watch the sunrise/sunset. The house was clean and decorated tastefully. We would stay again!

Perfect Fall Getaway...

This property is right on the ocean... It was so serene and peaceful off season. On season, it may be a little loud with the other decks so close, but off season is perfect. House has everything you need and plenty of space to spreadout. Loved that we could bring our pup who could also sit on the deck and take it all in. The deck was fully enclosed making it easy to relax.

Great location!

Awesome location with beach steps away. Plenty of parking and sleeping spots. We did have trouble keeping our 3 year old and 21 month old off the steps, but steps are expected at the beach!

Beautiful Beachfront Home

Plenty of room for grandparents, adult children, grandkids and pets. Beds were comfortable on all 3 floors. Easy beach access. Not too much by way of staples, but we left some for the next folks. Would recommend and hope to return!

Stunning Views with Peace and Quiet

This venue is gorgeous and so well equipped. The views are magnificent and peaceful. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation without worrying about not having everything to accommodate the whole family. Close enough to Wilmington or Jacksonville for a great day trip if it rains but just far enough out for solitude. Great find and we’ll worth it!!!

Just as great the second time!

This was our second stay here and it was just as wonderful as the first time! The location can't be beat and the home is well suited for a family and/or group of friends. Everything you need (grocery store, restaurants, etc) is no more than 15 min away. Amy was incredibly gracious and let us check in early - a huge help with little kiddos! We love this home!

Right on the beach!

Great location being right on the beach with direct access and large deck overlooking. Overall this is a good location given its pet friendly. We didn't bring pets but it's nice we could have. Could have used a little better cleaning and maybe a more update coffee maker. The kitchen drawers and cabinets seemed a bit if a mess.

Wonderful

We had a fantastic stay! This beach house was well equipped with everything you may need -- from a fully stocked kitchen to linen, bath towels, hand soap, and dishwasher detergent! The view was incredible - truly right on the beach and couldn't be ANY more convenient. Our 3 year old had the time of his life! We were all very comfortable -- with 1 bedroom on the main floor, 3 on the second, and the third floor loft. We had never been to Topsail Beach before but it was nice and quiet (note, it was off season) with easy access to Surf City. We would love to stay here again! Highly recommend this home. PLUS, Amy was a pleasure to communicate with.

Another Fantastic Visit in N. Topsail Beach

This was our 2nd stay at this house. We came back for the location ->right on the beach, views -> fantastic, house layout/space -> generous, and owners -> wonderful and responsive. We were not disappointed. Our group included 9 people; 4 adults, 3 teens/young adults and 2 tweens. All had a great time boogie boarding, playing catch and whiffle ball on the beach, relaxing and watching the Summer Olympics. House is well equipped with linens and plenty of extra towels and checking in and out was simple and easy. The recently renovated kitchen is on the more equipped end of vacation rentals. This area is experiencing the same labor shortages as the rest of the country, so expect long waits for pizza, take out, ice cream, and attractions such as mini-golf. Not a big deal if you are mostly eating in, as we were, but be aware so you can plan ahead. Thanks to Amy and Bruce for another fantastic visit in N. Topsail Beach. We will be back!

Cute house, great owners!

My girlfriends and I take a long ‘Mama’s Recharge’ weekend in May every year to Topsail and found this property and really enjoyed it! The view & location are great, the decor is super cute, there is great ‘spreadability’ where you aren’t on top of each other and kitchen is well equipped. Amy (the owner) was super responsive to a few little things we needed to make her aware of and great to work with. We already plan to book it again for next years visit!
