“The host was very responsive and attentive. Everything was laid out with what we needed. Clean towels, spare blankets and very comfortable beds. The property where we were located had nice amenities and was close to the beach. I would recommend updating the pots and pans, oven mitts and the carpet. Overall, we would definitely stay there again. ”

The unit is well equipped for a beach stay, down to including books for that beach read, puzzles and games- including video game unit, beach toys, fans, well- equipped kitchen, washer & dryer. “Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent....
