“It was my first time visiting Seattle for the convention taking place. The property was nice and clean and very convenient to be just down the street from the convention center, made it easy to get back and rest after the long day. Would definitely book again!”

“What a great place! Kitchen was very handy to have and we felt like we were at home in this unit. The unit was spotless and bed was comfy. Bathroom was big and the location was primo for the arena. We walked to pike place market, space needle and the hockey game. Having the parking pass was also a huge bonus. We would stay here again on our next visit to Seattle without hesitation. ”

“What a perfect location! The apartment is within walking distance of so many Seattle attractions, and very close to several public transportation stops. If the weather is good, the rooftop space with picnic tables and chairs is a gem, with a great view of the Space Needle. The unit is on the corner of the building on the top floor, so we never heard the neighbors. Our host was exceptionally responsive and has an online guide with great info on the apartment.”

“I stayed here for 6 days as part of the crew of a sail racing team. The apartment was really convenient for walking to the marina, downtown and to tourist attractions like the Space Needle. It was a very peaceful relaxing space and the kitchen was great for preparing simple meals. I can highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.”

“We found this property to be clean, comfortable and in a great location for our trip. We appreciated the easy communication with the host. The view of the Space Needle is fabulous, but if you are booking this property based on the photos of the expansive views towards the water from the living area and one of the bedrooms, know that those views are now blocked by construction next door. We were disappointed that we weren’t told about this discrepancy. ”

“We spent a wonderful week in this great apartment. The space is contemporary, fun, clean and welcoming. Also, it’s in a great location: It’s within walking distance of a grocery store, a cafe, restaurants, and Seattle Center, where you’ll find the Space Needle, the Museum of Popular Culture, Chihuly Garden and Museum, the Science museum, and Climate Pledge Arena… and also the monorail, and the free waterfront shuttle down to the Aquarium, Pike Place Market, and all the attractions in the...

“Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is...

“My 2 adult kids and I stayed for 5-days and the place was quiet, comfortable and close to many attractions. I did not give 5 stars on the condition, because the yard needs attention, and is overgrown. Other than that, I would definitely stay again! ”
