“We were here for a week in July, the offer was reasonably priced for a 5 star hotel. Taj is a comfortable welcoming hotel. It has the perks of 5 star and I feel the staff try hard to make you feel part of the family, which is very nice. You can see it is an older hotel, currently undergoing some renovation so only one lift was working. However this was not a major issue. “Interior within room and passage is not clean, plates,water bottles in breakfast were not clean or up to the mark. Service was not supportive during checkout as was stuck somewhere and got late for 1 hr for which hotel charged me extra.”

“Dishonest Staff and Poor Service: The staff are dishonest and overcharge customers to make personal profits. They frequently provide a twin bed room while charging for a single bed room. This kind of behavior is misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to others.”

“Fist of all the pictures they posted is parliament building. The Sid room service which they don’t have. If you pay for breakfast, then you have to go to the next building restaurant. They offer parking, it is on the sidewalk of the street. I paid Ts 6000. It’s don’t even worth Rs800. What a rip off 🙆‍♂️”
