“The staff in the breakfast area were absolutely incredible- so welcoming and friendly. The customer service was over the top from them. Room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot and area seemed very safe. The only opportunity for improvement is the fitness center. It is small - at least they did have free weights, but could use an update. ”

“Clean and comfortable rooms! Tucked away from main road. A/C and heat worked great. Check in and check out was rough with low staff there as well as inexperienced staff left alone. Not enough towels in room for a 4 person stay (only 3 towels and no wash clothes), got the cold shoulder for asking for a couple more towels. Breakfast bar was cold or empty/not restocked/cleaned the 2 days we were there so be aware if that’s something you need in the am. ”

“Staff were whatever, can’t be rude if you don’t speak I guess. No amenities. Bare bones place. It would be fine but the elevator stunk so bad. Does someone vomit in the shafts everyday. The hallways stink too but in a chemical way ”

“Good location. I enjoyed the breakfast. Everything was good at this location.”

“It took over an hour and half to check in, the rooms not what you expect them to be. The bed moves and make loud noise when you sit on it. The pool was freezing cold, I was told they would come check it but nobody came. This was my second time at this hotel and I had an horrible experience! ”

“The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was really too hard so not the best nights sleep. ”

“No one at desk when we got there. Had to make noise to locate one. The elevator was making a terrible noise and jumping around so they told us not to use it. We were on the 3rd floor. Floors were dirty. Air didn’t work right. Hairdryer didn’t work so went to desk for another one. Juice was terrible. Restaurants were close by. ”

“An excellent choice if you have a car. Not far from Mempgis, TN. The hotel website says "deluxe continental breakfast" which was in fact poor and with a very limited choice of food and drinks. This needs improving a lot”

“Better breakfast than a lot of places I have stayed, also close to several restaurants and retail stores so everything we needed was close at hand.”

“My stay was okay overall, and the staff was friendly and helpful during my visit. However, I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that the hotel was undergoing renovations, as this impacted the experience more than expected. I also think the hotel could be clearer about their guest policies before booking, as this information would have been helpful to know in advance.”
