“We booked this hotel largely because of the breakfast, and as other reviewers have noted, it was excellent. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was disappointing for a 3-star Holiday Inn. The biggest issue was housekeeping. During our almost two week stay, it took three days of requests for our room to be serviced. After asking at reception two days in a row, and even requesting a garbage bag so we could take out our own trash, housekeeping finally came. They removed the trash, made the bed,...

“Shower leaking water through glass door onto tile floor. Fabric sofa in our room soiled and worn out, interior bathroom door pealing at bottom of door, hallway carpet in serious need of cleaning. On the upside, breakfast area clean and food fresh. Staff friendly and loved the bright open lobby area.”

“I need to add critical information to this escalation. During my stay, I was harassed and followed by an unknown male on the property for an extended period of time. I was forced to navigate the hotel alone, attempting to get to safety, and had to yell for help while trying to reach my room. There was no staff available to intervene. “Motel had no hot water. Was assured by front desk it was fixed and to wait 20 minutes to still have not hot water the entire stay. Staff was unpleasant beside the breakfast lady who was as helpful as she could be. Room was musty and breakfast choices were poor. ”
