UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am

The property is amazing the logistics onerous

Way too many emails from the managing company outside of Vrbo and lots of the dishes were dirty and needed cleaning before using. No recycling in the area and instructions for waste disposal inaccurate.

Great location, easy access, parking, could use some uodates

Loved the easy access to the slopes. Was nice to pop back in for a drink or lunch and head back to ski. Parking, unloading and entry were very easy. The kitchen was well equipped. The mattresses on the bunk beds are likely original (circa late 70’s). Linens were left on top for us to put on. The teenagers were fine on them though I can an imagine an older person being really uncomfortable.

Great location and decent size for six. Biggest issue was with lights that were not working. Called the property management and they sent a repairman that could not fix any of the lights. Amenities and decor very outdated.

Awesome Retro Ski Condo

Condo was more than expected. Roomy, comfortable, great wood fireplace and a 1970’s decor and vibe I wouldn’t touch. My only disappointment was that the write up didn’t say “bring your 8 tracks and cassettes for the built in sound system.” As easy a ski-in/Ski-out as you’ll find at snowshoe. And the slope side Flume Bar is a short walk for non skiers. Spiral staircase seems daunting at first but works like a charm. Will rent again.

Property is in a great location. Communication could be better from the property manager. Information could've been sent by email as it was a keycode lock, no physical key. Enjoyed our time. Would stay again.

Engagement with no heat

I brought my girlfriend on a birthday trip to propose. Upon arrival of Wabasso 21, there were half full water bottles laying at the front door. We got inside and noticed a lot of broken, damaged, and dirty items- I.e.- The map on the wall was cracked and ripped, the countertops had stab holes and dried super glue, the furniture has burn marks in it and had a musty smell, we opened the drawers for dishes and utensils that were greasy and covered with old dried food, so we had to wash everything we used or use disposable. To top it all off we had to call the office/Maintenance bc after we got back from boarding Friday, our heat went out. Maintenance finally showed up after 3 hours of no heat (and no one disclosed where we could find wood to build our own fire) only to tell us the units were old and needing updated, that’d they’d get someone out to fix our heat before we left on Monday, showed us where to get fire wood, and we never heard from or saw anyone again- no maintenance and no office. Thank God we were capable of building and stoking our own fire for the entire weekend.

Great space in an amazing location!

This property is perfectly located less than a 1/4 mile from Snowshoe village. Close enough to be walkable but far enough away to avoid the crowds. The space is well appointed and had everything we needed for our four day stay. The interior is definitely worn and dated but it was comfortable none-the-less, it was clean and spacious and had a great view off the back patio.

great views, clean air

easy walk to town, great location, house had all the essentials, loved the decor/furniture. a little burdensome to go to the office to pickup a key code, would be easier if it was just emailed. lots of minor maintenance issues, window in kids room does not latch, upstairs toilet seat not secure, couldn't get tv to work(not a huge deal, not here to watch tv)

Total Disappointment

The condo was not clean, something spilled and dried up on kitchen counter. Dried food on dining table and kitchen utensils. Toaster broken, does not toast both sides of the bread. Carpet very dirty with multiple stains everywhere. Couches very dirty and stained, did not even want to sit on them. Dead Bugs, old Cheerios, and wadded up napkins found next to the couch and behind couch foot rest. Cob webs everywhere. Both toilets stopped up when we arrived. Barely any toilet paper on the holders, no spare rolls - We arrived late at night so had to wait until next day to get TP. No matches or lighter to be found when we were ready to start a fire. Closet doors broken and just leaned up against the wall. The whole place was run down and not kept up at all. The floor was squeaky and literally soft in some areas like it may fall thru. Very dissatisfied so much that we left a day early. Pictures of the property must be super old or photo shopped. The disgusting condition of this property Literally ruined my vacation.

Would stay there again

As some others have mentioned it’s an older place. I would say it’s like a 80s flashback type of place, with an electric can opener and built in 8 track player. It’s not the cleanest place I have ever rented either. However, the location was ideal for walking out onto the slopes, about 100 steps out the door and your putting on your skis and going down the slope. We had a great time with the kids playing board games (that were there) while the fire was going (wood provided). I loved the cabin feel of the place and would certainly stay there again, but if your looking for the most modern place on the mountain, this isn’t it. Easy 5 min walk to the grocery store, and 1/2 mile walk to village. The property management was friendly and easy to deal with. Overall we were very happy with the place.

Townhome was nice and cozy and was close to village. There was a trail to the slopes that you could walk to that was very convenient. Quick access to skiing in less than 5 min walk
