WABASSO #10 - 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATHS TOWNHOUSE (sleeps 7) - FIREPLACE IS CURRENTLY IN-OPERABLE

BEDDING: Master King and Twin Sleeper Chair, BR #2 Queen and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. Enjoy the country charm of our 2 bedroom 2 bath townhome with all of the amenities of home. Cook your meals in a spacious well stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, relax in a comfortable living area with a smart TV. Your townhome has a large front deck with wooded views and a covered parking area for 1 car. This unit is 2 levels with a loft bedroom and bathroom. The townhome has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, Stereo/CD, TVs, and DVD/CD. NO AIR CONDITIONING

​​​​​​AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Parking on Site, Bike Friendly Lodging, Free Resort Shuttle Service. Within walking distance to The Village at Snowshoe's shops, restaurants, and slopes.

​​​​​​UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Not what we expected

The pictures and description made it seem like this was a cute cabin type of experience. In reality this place is in need of serious maintenance. You can feel holes or softened floor under the brown carpet. The bed was uncomfortable. You could feel that it had so much wear it was sinking in each side of the bed. The bed linens were not soft and we didn’t see extra blankets. The whole place feels tired and needs love. We actually left after one night.

Fantastic Stay

Everyone said "wow this is great" when we walked in. Clean and neat location, lots of comfortable spots to crash, kitchen is fantastically equipped (working crock pot!). Short 10 minute walk slopes by soaring eagle or bus stop if you want to get some night skiing in. Village about the same. Would recommend for older children, our teens loved having the upstairs to themselves and no issues with walk to slopes. Younger kids might not work as well.

Great Stay!

This property was awesome for our group! It was just a short walk to the Village. The beds were very comfortable, and we were surprised with how many pots and pans were available for use in the kitchen! We would definitely stay again!

Great Place to Stay!

Our family of 6 including adults and kids really enjoyed our time at the Wabasso! The place was roomy, comfortable, and clean. Although it was a little bit of a walk to the village if we had snow we could have hopped right onto the run. Unfortunately, there was little snow while we were there this time. We still had lots of fun, and would rent here again!

Great place.

Had everything we needed for our 5 night vacation! It’s only a few minutes walk to the slopes, grocery store and the village. The only issues we did have was getting our luggage up and down the spiral stairs, the sofa bed in the living room was broken so it couldn’t be used, I wished there was cleaning supplies so I could have cleaned up better during our 6 days, the downstairs bed is not comfortable, taking out the trash was a hike but only had to do it 2x. Other than that, the living room furniture is very comfortable and well kept, we loved the big dining room table- we frosted Christmas cookies and had a decorating contest, plenty of room in the kitchen for all baking and cooking needs, the bathrooms are spacious, my daughter loved the guitar on the wall- she plays so that was nice, lots of room upstairs too, the carpets look newer and well kept. We would stay here again.

Location, Location, Location

This property is perfect for a family of 5, with a 7, 8 & 10 year old. Close to the slopes, 100 yards, yet plenty of privacy. The townhouse had a perfect place to take off ski boots and a deck to keep skis. Everything was clean and ready for our visit. They provided laundry detergent and even fabric softener ( A MUST). We will definitely be back.
