“Really nice and helpful staff ”

“This property is under renovation and it's a mess with construction materials and the smell of paint, dust, etc. The pictures are misleading ”

“Stayed there with family and kids. We were not expecting much from this hotel as we were only there to sleep... Sheets were stained, beds are OK if you are 4ft tall. The main problem for us was with the frontdesk staff blasting music over their phone speaker until 3:30 AM, we had to politely ask them if they could use their earphones at least 6 times but they did not seem to see the problem....anyhow if you are looking for a hotel to stay in this area the comfort inn is slightly more expensive...

“Are the linen had holes in it. The toilet didn't work unless you turned this false alarm each time. Is overall very dirty. And in a area of Mumbai that's not very clean at all filthy.”
