“If you are looking for a serene hotel with fabulous staff and clean surroundings in Mumbai then this is the hotel for you. It was the first time staying at a Taj hotel group hotel and all I can say is that if this hotel is anything to go by, I will be reappearing it. The room was clean, great breakfasts daily, and lovely facilities. I was even fortunate to use the spa facilities which were first class. “Room okay. Bathroom way smaller than shown in your site. Moved two 3 rooms within one week. Shower, TV, door key not working. No basic amenities like, tea bags, coffee powder, hand towels, hair dryer, microwave, mini refrigerator, iron or ironing birds. Dust on windows, mirror & toilet dirty. ”

“Expedia lies when it states that hotel provides ride to and from airport. Site even states that if there’s no ride then client is compensated Rs 1110 each way to and from airport. Despite my call ahead n from airport n at departure no ride or adjusted compensation in bill. I only picked this hotel since this was mentioned in details st Expedia. No AC OR ANC IRON in room.”

The staff is always professional, helpful, and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience. That said, the rooms are starting to show their age. While still clean and functional, some updates would definitely enhance the comfort and appeal. ”
