“The acid test of any stay is would you go back? For us it’s a definite yes. This property is a large home in Constantia which is split in to a number of units. We had booked a 2 bed unit but our host put us in the main house, a 6 bedroom 4 bathroom unit with direct access to the wonderfully heated pool. I think our host had got a few over booking issues and unfortunately we had to leave a day early but in fairness he arranged for us to stay in a lovely guest house not far away. The main house...

“This house was a wonderful find. Equipped with everything you’d need for a short or medium stay. It was quiet, clean, and conveniently located to all the southern coast has to offer. Our property manager, Janine, was informative, responsive, friendly, and always helpful. Highly recommend this rental property.For those not familiar with it, Simon’s Town is a great little seaside town outside of Capetown - accessible to all the area attractions including the African penguin colony (must see)...

“Nice place, good location. Nice person. But during our stay of 6 nights, 3 days we had no electricity in the kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine couldn't work) and the sleeping and bath room of the children haven't no heating and it was very cold and wet at night.”

“We had an absolutely amazing stay at Chabivin. The unit was very clean and literally has everything you need at your fingertips. I would definitely recommend the Vineyard studio for a romantic getaway. It's a very modern and chic unit, yet cozy and warm. I loved the welcome note hanging on a letter board outside our unit, lovely personal touch. We will be going back very soon for a family trip this time. Thank you Danielle, your hospitality was great!”

“We booked a 40 night stay based on photos depicting terraces with great views & gleaming, beautifully lit pool & hot tub in lovely surroundings. The video (entitled Le Bonheur - Luxury Villa) shows pleasant neutral interiors. This could not be further from reality! These enhanced photographs are obviously decades old & bear no resemblance to the current seriously neglected & tired property. The terrace, overlooks ugly roof, with several beehives housed on it.
