“This hotel is in need of attention. The room was fine but the general area around the hotel is pretty run down. The bed linen and pillows made me sweat no matter what temperature the thermostat was set at. This seems to be a problem in allot of hotels I’ve stayed. “This hotel is filthy and run down the carpets are soiled there is mold in the bathroom and it smells very bad. The owners have no concern for their customers and I will never stay in a Sleep Inn again. ”

“No elevator to the second floor was inconvenient for us seniors, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was minimal, coffee only in your room. Very good location, but it’s an older property, but price was reasonable.”

“Parking not the best Nighttime desk work not real attentive We had late ck in and he was in office not paying attention Have to ck in in entryway before allowed inside of motel front door Which is horrible They charge a $25 deposit which I did not see listed before made reservation Room was good bed is fine bar soap soap No extras in room Still paid over$100for stay”

“Was bitten by bugs within 30 minutes of arriving the room. Told management I wanted a refund. They hesitated at first but after seeing the bites on my wife’s legs, and photos of the bugs on the carpet and bed, they agreed and provided a refund!”

“The hot tub did not work, the water was too cold to get in. The carpets were staind, the side door to get in with my key did not work. This is the 2nd time Holiday Inn Express has disappointed me. ”
