We are a small family owned and run cottage rental business. We love these homes, use these homes and enjoy sharing with kind travelers. Over the years we have rented cottages and rented to many many guests. We work hard to give personal attention to guests. And we have worked to make the cottages welcoming and easy to use for all. We make a point of making your stay hospitable. No matter if you are ice fishermen in February or a Family in Aug. we want to make it GREAT!

Rural and lovely these cottages area tucked into a quiet little cove on Lake Ontario. Peaceful and rural we are blessed to be surrounded by parkland of Beachwood State Park. The main industry is fruit farming and farm markets dot the country roads. Beautiful and natural surroundings yet a short drive to Sodus Point NY a small port resort township. Easy to enjoy Sodus Points Sandy public beach, lighthouse museum, marinas for boat rental/or rides, and restaurants on the water.

The entire home is for your use including the porch with rockers, deck w/grill and yard w/firepit, horse shoes, picnic table. But the best is walk right out into the state park on the water OR use the waterfront beach for cottages, walking a short distance.

We had a wonderful time staying at the cozy cottage. Jan the host was great! I loved the fresh raspberries and pastry that was left as a welcome basket. Hiking in Beechwood State Park was wonderful. The cabin was very clean and it was easy to find. The YouTube videos showing the park and the way to the beach were very helpful.
