Hotel in zona Geumho-dong, Sokcho

“Great Location, But Lack of Communication Prior to Check-in The property is located within the Sunrise Hotel, which operates as a hybrid residential and hotel facility. Given the room layout, it is best suited for up to two adults and one child. The location is excellent, offering convenient access to local markets and a variety of dining and retail options, including some late-night spots. Room cleanliness was satisfactory, and all essential amenities were provided as expected. However,...

“객실도 좋았고,샤워실 세탁기 유용하게 이용했습니다.시설이 청결하고 뷰도 좋았습니다. 다음에 기회가되면 재 방문 하고 싶습니다.”

“Friendly staff members, clean facilities and tasty restaurant, great experience!”

“Final day of my 3-day bike tour was here which was excellent facility, ammenities including warm pool, jacuzzi, sauna, easy access to lots of eateries, and best of all, included breakfast buffet was awesome. Easily 5 stars!”

“Nice property, but it was confusing trying to find the right building. I wish information had been provided to better explain that there are different buildings. The location was great as it was close to the beach and local shops.”

“Self check-in via e-mail or App is very convenient. No hotel, more of a apartement complex. Excellent value for the money, stayed for the second time. Super location at the beach and close to bus station.”

“Very good location, comfortable beds and there is a common eating area downstairs. Owner / staff very friendly. Clean room with nice bathroom. The only downside is most of the floorspace is taken by the beds. Air conditioning works well, neighbourhood is not too noisy to sleep with window open.”

“Smile is a great place to stay, as it’s nearby Seoraksan. Restaurants are in walking distance. Provides all the amenities one would need to prepare for your hiking adventure. It was warm, pleasant and inviting as was the host, Mrs.Kim, whom we adored. The heating pad provided on the bed made for a cozy night’s rest. You might even get lucky enough to catch up to the family pet (Owoli), patrolling the neighborhood. Recommended and definitely coming back to Smile when we return 😊🫰⛰️🍁🐕❤️”
