It's a family-friendly, single-level space with a pack-n-play. One can walk to Fletcher Cove beach/playground, the Coastal Rail Trail (biking, running, walking) and Dog Beach.

The unit itself is spacious and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and appliances in good condition. Dedicated parking was great. The view of the ocean from the complex is gorgeous.
