High End Oceanfront Home, a 2 min walk to Beach, Shops, Dining & More in Solana

Welcome to our beautiful, centrally-located 3 bedroom home in the heart of Solana Beach! Walk to the beach, shops, popular restaurants and the coastal train station! Wake up to gorgeous expansive views of the Pacific Ocean every day from the living room, kitchen and private balcony. Lounge on the sofa on the balcony with friends and family, and pull out the BBQ for summer grilling all while watching the whales migrate and the dolphins swim. An AC wall unit is available in primary bedroom and a portable unit that can be used in the guest bedroom downstairs, plus ceiling fans throughout. This property is located in what is commonly known as Solana Beach's nicest gated community, Surfsong.

Our gated community has a gorgeous pool and spa overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The pool is heated from Memorial weekend through November 1st and also on holiday weekends.

The closest beach is Fletch Cove which is a two minute walk from our front door. There is also a great kids play ground overlooking the beach that children love to visit.

Two streets over is everything downtown Solana Beach has to offer, including a plethora of delicious restaurants, our favorite coffee shops, the farmers market on Sundays, our favorite store SoLo on Cedros. Grab a yummy bite of ceviche and a fresh margarita at Alce 101 or for dinner, head to what some have claimed as the best steakhouse in San Diego, Rare Society. Claire's and Naked Cafe are both wonderful places to walk to for breakfast, and be sure to grab a coffee and perfectly flaky croissant at Lofty Coffee.

Wind down with a glass of wine at Carruth's wine tasting room, a short 5 minute walk away; or if you're into beer there's a little brewery across the street.

There are many healthy eats in our area, such as Flower Child, Choice Juicery, Whole Foods Market, Goodonya, and Local Greens to name a few.

Rent bikes on our street and cruise down the Coastal Rail Trail to Encinitas where you can visit some of most world renown surf spots, fun bars, and great boutique shopping.

There are two designated parking spots in the gated parking garage, as well as carts and an elevator for your convenience.

This is such a special place and we know you will love your time here.

Great access to the beach and town. There is early morning noise as two bedrooms overlook the post office which starts to organize at 4:30 a.m. The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Great view of the garden and ocean. Surfside is a great rental and this is our second year renting there.

Sensational Solana Beach

What a week. And what a residence. Amazing location. Clean and well appointed. Great hosts. Stocked with all the necessities. You cannot get a better place for a family or set of couples to park yourself at while in San Diego. Don’t let the distance from down town put this location out of the possibilities. A wonderful experience

This was a wonderful vacation. Before completing this, I want to advise that we did not stay in the original condo we booked due to unexpected noise that was outside the control of management. Upon learning of the noise problem, the management moved us to another condo down the hall that was quiet and peaceful. The condo was beautifully appointed, all of the beds comfortable and the view, pure heaven. This was a yearly gathering of three long time friends. I’m local, my friends come in from the east coast to visit and catch up. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, management was very responsive and kind when we had the noise issue. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, it’s rare to experience such excellent service these days and we are very grateful. We will return at our next visit. Big thankd]s to Micah and Alyssa.

The Absolute Perfect Beach Condo

We had the most wonderful week-long stay in this waterfront condo. I would agree that the pictures don't do it justice. It is beautiful, quiet, luxurious, well-appointed, close to everything we needed, and has the most spectacular ocean view. The management company is doing an amazing job with this property. We definitely plan to come back again.

Outstanding, spacious and well-equipped property with an amazing view

Micah, Lars and team manage a terrific property. Tons of space, amazing view, a very well equipped and stocked kitchen, all the beach stuff you could imagine, and (critical with a family with lots of age groups) close parking with an elevator, which you don't find too much of in oceanfront North County. Simply outstanding.

This property was the perfect location for us. We were a little over an hour from Disneyland and 25 minutes or less from everywhere else we wanted to visit (zoo, La Jolla, Carlsbad, Old town, airport). The views were absolutely amazing and I spent the majority of my time in the condo out on the patio. The owner was so nice and helpful for the few issues we ran into. They supply more items than I have ever seen at a rental, not just starters of paper towels and toilet paper. Unfortunately there was an ant problem, but the owner was super nice about trying to remedy for us. They definitely care about their guests.

Scenic Beach View with Everything

Our family enjoyed this three bedroom three bathroom extra large condo. There was a walk down the street to the sandy beach but the ocean views on the top of the cliff were serene.

Great family Vacation by the beach

We have now stayed at this complex for past 3 years and absolutely love the location. The views from the unit are fantastic. The unit was clean, upscale and had everything one could need for our family vacation. The unit is nicely furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. The check in process was very easy with Micah. We would certainly recommend this unit and stay again.

Perfect stay!

We LOVED this home! It is a beautiful space with everything you need for a perfect vacation. We enjoyed the amazing garden right outside our door, the convenience of shops and ocean, using the pickleball courts daily and the pool/hot tub. The location of the property is perfect for beaches everywhere, San Diego, Disneyland, LA and so much more.

High End and you get what you pay for

The condo is outstanding and does not need updating, as one reviewer noted. Well, maybe new pickle balls! Spacious, comfortable, amenities aplenty. Master shower was a real treat. Nearby post office can be a bit loud early in the morning for the east facing bedrooms. Terrific location, close to groceries, dining, hiking, highway, horse racing.

Excellent Location

This condo was perfect for our family of seven. Beach, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance, even for our three-year-old grandson. We enjoyed the heated pool and tennis courts daily. Loved watching the beautiful sunsets from the deck. The condo was very well stocked and we really appreciated the sand toys for the grandchildren. We would love to return next year!

Fantastic Stay!

We loved everything about our stay at this property. Check-in/check-out were easy. Specific instructions were included via email and in the book in the property. We had a couple of questions during our stay and the property managers were prompt and helpful in their responses. The property is exactly as shown and clean. We loved the open layout so that we could cook or be at the table while still being able to see our kids in the living room. The kitchen is well-stocked and instructions for small appliances are very clear in the manual. The house has plenty of games/toys for kids. Linens are well stocked. There are plenty of cleaning supplies as needed. We loved being on the balcony for sunset. The views are beyond incredible. The amenities are wonderful. We were in the pool every day (all neighbors were friendly!). The location is amazing. Walkable to the beach and many downtown restaurants/shops. You are close and accessible to other areas of San Diego while not being right in the middle of it. We had an incredible stay (2 adults, 3 kids ages 4-8) and would love to stay here again!
