Questa è una bella 2 camere da letto, 3 terrazze, 2 bagni Ocean View Condo in un complesso di fronte all'oceano sulle scogliere di Solana Beach che si affaccia sull'Oceano Pacifico. 5 posti letto, ma può dormire di più (una bella dimensione completa e un materasso gonfiabile singolo anche disponibile). L'appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato e ristrutturato nell'ottobre 2014. Nuovi pavimenti in legno Tigerwood brasiliano, cucina nuovissima con nuovi elettrodomestici completi di tutto il necessario per cucinare, 55 HD in TV a schermo piatto in soggiorno e 55 in TV in camera da letto principale. Numero del letto del sonno nella camera da letto principale. Soggiorno con vista sull'oceano. Tutto ciò che potrei pensare è fornito: teli mare, sedie a sdraio, boogie board, letti extra blow up, grill all'aperto, cucina completamente attrezzata (tostapane, caffettiera, macchina per il caffè Verismo Starbucks, spezie, bicchieri da vino, padelle, piatti, posate, eccetera). L'unità è al secondo piano e si trova su un unico livello. Community offre piscina fronte oceano, vasca idromassaggio. Accesso sicuro alle scale che scende dalla scogliera alla spiaggia.

C'è ancora disponibilità durante la stagione della gara di Del Mar (15 luglio - 7 settembre). La gara Pacific Classic si svolgerà sabato 20 agosto. Vieni a vedere molti dei migliori cavalli del paese nella corsa più prestigiosa di Del Mar. C'è anche la stagione di Bing Crosby che riporterà la fresca atmosfera di Del Mar, il favoloso clima della California meridionale e le gare di qualità dall'11 novembre al 4 dicembre. Gli animali domestici sono ammessi solo per soggiorni di lunga durata. Per favore mandami una email per i dettagli.

Del Mar Race track a pochi passi. Si prevede che oltre 45.000 appassionati di corse parteciperanno a quella che è definita una delle feste più favolose, alla moda e divertenti nell'ovest: l'Opening Day a Del Mar è il 15 luglio. Questo va avanti fino al settembre
Questa è la casa vacanza perfetta per una famiglia di 4 o 6 persone per godersi i panorami e le attività mozzafiato di Solana Beach e Del Mar. La vista sull'oceano dallo spazioso patio anteriore ed entrambe le camere sono belle. Ascolta il suono del surf, rilassati al sole e osserva i surfisti e la vita marina. Vedo spesso delfini, balene (durante la migrazione), pellicani e foche mentre ci si rilassa nella vasca idromassaggio e nella piscina. Più di 10 ottimi ristoranti sono a pochi passi dal complesso o gustare la cucina nella cucina completamente attrezzata. Accesso alla spiaggia privata dal complesso. Il complesso privato recintato ha una club house, giardini splendidamente paesaggistici, sauna, docce esterne, piscina fronte oceano e vasca idromassaggio. Questo condominio completamente arredato dispone di due ampie camere da letto con letti matrimoniali e divano e due bagni di dimensioni standard. Ogni camera ha un patio con vista oceano parziale. Il grande patio principale (con vista sull'oceano) è l'ideale per intrattenere o semplicemente rilassarsi mentre si guarda il meraviglioso tramonto sull'oceano. TV via cavo, servizio internet e un parcheggio sotterraneo privato. Nota: i cani non sono ammessi per il noleggio a breve termine a causa delle nuove regole HOA.

Il deposito Amtrak è raggiungibile a piedi (15 min. 9 miglia) e il treno può portarti al centro di San Diego e al quartiere Gaslamp o al centro storico. È divertente passeggiare per il centro di Del Mar .... a piedi lungo la bellissima spiaggia e poi fare shopping in tutti i negozi alla moda della zona. È anche a breve distanza a piedi dalla Fiera di Del Mar e dai circuiti di gara. La fiera della contea di San Diego è perfetta per i fuochi d'artificio del 4 luglio, per le corse di tutte le età e per i grandi concerti, molti dei quali gratuiti con l'ingresso. Puoi anche goderti gli altri siti che San Diego ha da offrire a pochi minuti in auto dallo zoo di San Diego, dal parco degli animali selvatici, da Legoland, dal parco PetCo e dal Messico.

Property was easy to get to and has private underground parking. I didn't realize the property was on the third floor with no elevator. If you are handicapped this is not the property for you as there are 3 flights of stairs. Property is very clean and nicely decorated. Owner very helpful and was much appreciated when we talked about an issue with the lock. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the waves.

Our stay started off by arriving to the unit after a 6-hour drive only to find the beds not made up, dirty towels in the tub, food in the fridge, etc. Clearly not what we expected. Although the owner was very apologetic and managed to get a cleaning woman in within the hour, we were unable to get our luggage in until 9 pm. The unit is on the 3rd floor and needless to say, lugging our gear up 2 flights of stairs didn't add to the experience.The next day we scoped the place out; couldn't use the garbage disposal, kitchen sink faucet didn't fully retract, trash compactor hadn't been cleaned, bathroom rugs were dirty, heating was questionable with no instructions on how to operate it. The listing describes the unit as "newly remodeled", which is very misleading. Cabinets are "well-used", barstools needed repair, screen to balcony was torn and the overall vibe was one of haphazard-ness. Neither bedroom had any closet space for personal items. The rules of the HOA regarding pets are VERY restrictive.The one good aspect of this VRBO was the location to the dog beach. As we travel with our pup, it was nice to be able to have the beach in such close proximity. We contacted the owner directly with our concerns/experience and she was very gracious about returning our money since we decided to leave a week earlier than planned.

Overall our stay was nice. The biggest disappointment was the HOA rule about pets. Missed it completely when I booked the condo. We worked around other oddities but overall the say was nice. The Condo was clean and had the basics.

The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed having coffee/cocktails on the deck watching the sunsets. We also loved having the hot tub. The many stairs to the unit and to the beach did not both us. Secured parking was also a plus. We booked for 3 months but left early due to plumbing issues in the building and were reimbursed for that time. There were other issues with plumbing while we were there that took a couple of days to repair but was done as quick as possible. We were instructed not to use the garbage disposal (that's ok for a short stay but not for long term). The description indicated the unit had been totally remodeled but we found it dated (old, dirty trash compactor, missing covers to canned ceiling lights, broken lamp and a bad smell in the kitchen around the sink, old kitchen floor tile, etc. The window treatment in the dining room was broken and finally replaced toward the end of our stay. I don't think the coffee pot had ever been cleaned along with a tea pot, pot holders and hand mixer. As someone else mentioned the couch is very uncomfortable. We sat in the dining room the majority of the time. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were fine. We would most likely not stay at this unit again but the location was great!

Barbara is very responsive and friendly. The location is wonderful and the facility is very nice with a Jacuzzi and a heated pool overlooking the ocean. Security guard on site. The only downsides were no elevators and really tight parking spaces to get in and out of with a larger sized vehicle, no air-conditioning however she is installing ceiling fans this weekend. Overall nice stay. Tricia G.

I rented this apartment for my son and his family. We have an apartment in the same complex and we needed more space. Sadly, the apartment was not clean upon arrival. I guess a cat was there prior to our arrival and there was a lot of cat hair. Also, knowing that security in the complex was increased, I tried to provide the necessary information but it was not entered into the system so the guests were not listed for access to the amenities until a day late. The owner/manager seemed confused as to the proper check-in requirements. I am sure it will get sorted out for the next occupants. The pictures on the website were accurate. Note, there is not a sofa bed.

We spent 9 days in Solana Beach with our adult son. It was a great place to stay, a wonderful way to enjoy the ocean. The location is very convenient, a quiet location but close to San Diego and other larger cities. We would love to stay there again.

After flying into the San Diego airport and seeing the homeless/drug crisis, it was refreshing to see an immaculately maintained, secured property. This residence had all the amenities of home. It was stocked with the little extras that you always forget to pack. Having a laundry facility on site made it easy too. We made the most delicious steaks on the charcoal grill. They only complaint would be the family room furniture. When you come home from sight seeing, walking the beach, climbing the hundreds of stairs….everyone wants to stretch out and prop their feet up. The couch is extremely uncomfortable. But we knew that before we went because the pictures showed this. The Del Mar area seemed to be very safe. There were a few panhandlers as you exited the highway, but none laying on the streets of the city. You could walk freely and safely. This area has a lot to do. I would highly recommend this location and condo. Please be aware that there are MANY FLIGHTS OF STAIRS to get down to the ocean. And 3 flights to get up to this condo.

Hosts were super easy to work with. The location is beautiful, just steps to the beach. Porch views amazing. Also, so many good areas to eat around Solana. Location is away from busy down town San Diego but easy to drive there, takes about 18 minutes. The pool was heated and the hot tub was so nice as well.

Staying here was a good experience. The host was accommodating with our requests. This is a good quality vacation home, well stocked. We cooked our Christmas dinner for our extended family with no issues. Comfortable accommodations. We would stay there again, for sure.

One of the best overall VRBO experiences I've had! The communication was good from the first inquiry and throughout the stay. Place was clean and prefect for what we needed. The condo is in a secured community with a great location and a short walk to the beach. Solana Beach is a cliff beach setting and that's what makes it beautiful so there is a staircase to get there, but nothing like a little exercise to breath in the fresh ocean air. Experienced an amazing sunset our last night sitting out on the patio that overlooks the ocean. I would highly recommend it!

Great location and wonderful views. We could sit on the deck in the morning and see the ocean and the surfers while drinking our coffee. The hot tub overlooks the ocean. The beach was wonderful and easy to access from the property. Will stay there again!!

Had a very nice stay here. Great location for beach, restaurants, walking. You can walk for miles in each direction on the beach when the tide is out. The stairs & the path behind the condo are public so quite busy but not overwhelmingly so. Very close to the dog beach at Del Mar. If you’re not thrilled with stairs it’s a short walk down the street to the dog beach & over the bridge to Del Mar. Good views of the ocean from the balcony & living room. Spent hours just watching the surfers. A few dolphin sightings too. Our weather while there was unusually cloudy & overcast but it made for good walks & a few sunny days to lounge on the beach.

Lovely condo, maybe 100 feet from the access to the ocean. The access included five flights of well maintained stairs to the beach. Pool and jacuzzi overlook the ocean. Quite condo area with many full time owners. Very friendly. Restaurants and shops a short walk away. I vasillated between a four and five star rating because the condo itself had plumbing problems. The owner had signs up warning us not to use the garbage disposal. The owner had such a fine screen in the drain, the water would back up and was slow to drain. Besides that, the master bathroom had a bueatiful double shower but it had a SLOW, SLOW drain. By the end of the shower, you were ankle deep in water.... Not so nice. It would take quite a long time (30 minutes) for the water to thouroghly drain for the next person.

We stayed for a week and made it work for us. The property and location are beautiful. I was surprised by so many 5 star reviews, although I tend to always leave them as well. I just can’t this time. The first thing my husband had to do was clean out the garbage disposal by hand because the water was backing up. Mind you, none of what he cleaned came from us which made it more more unpleasant. Then next thing he did was untangle 10 different wires and figure out how to get the tv to work in the kids room. The coffee maker and bbq haven’t been cleaned in ages, but there was also no propane in the bbq. Being on the beach we expected access to a vacuum, but there wasn’t one to be found so had to borrow my sister’s who lives in Carlsbad and return it before we left. We had our 4 & 7 year olds with us so there was a lot of sand! They couldn’t take a bath though because there was no bath plug. Couldn’t do any laundry because there was no way to get into the laundry room with the key provided. There are also typed up notes taped everywhere and there was nowhere to put any of our pantry items. A previous tenant made this same comment and the owner replied there is a hall closet but this closet was completely locked up. I had to rearrange things to get a little space in the cabinet. The closet in the second bedroom is also locked up and the closet in the master is totally full with maybe 4 hangers. The hand soap and windex had so much water added them they were virtually useless. The only extra blanket was a scratchy wool throw and the master bed mattress is so broken down that I felt I would roll onto the floor sometimes. My tip would be to bring your own everything, although it really don’t think it should be this way. We didn’t feel that welcome and definitely could tell the owner/property manager really doesn’t care that much about making sure you have things you’ll need to be comfortable. If you want a great location and don’t care about these things this place is great but wouldn’t recommend if you have small children.
