Apartment had several problems and we did not know how to turn on some equipment but a quick phone call solved our problems. Suggestion: before your host leaves, make sure you know how to use the range, AC, locks/keys, washer etc. "

"Very comfortable stay. The staff was helpful. The room was very spacious and despite being on the first floor, it was very quiet. Location is convenient to train station and metro so was super easy to get around. Some nice neighborhood restaurants. Laundry room in lower level a big plus. Free water, espresso, tea, croissants and cookies were a nice touch. Only drawback is that area around hotel itself is not very busy with pedestrians at night so felt a little isolated at night.
