Entire home remodeled & 1 mile to Kenai River & 1/2 block to Peninsula Hospital

The home is centrally located and is 1 mile from the Kenai River. The house has a ranch-style open concept that is newly remodeled with 3 bedrooms plus a 4th bedroom/office. The furnishing, appliances, and accessories are all new and contemporary. The home has Wi-Fi and a workspace desk for remote working. The home is within walking distance to shopping, and dining, 1/2 block to the hospital, and 1/2 mile to Soldotna High School. The home is perfect for guests visiting the area, staying for sporting events, or a long-term stay. This proximity makes it convenient for guests attending sporting events, hospital work/visits, outdoor activities, and enjoying the river. #593800401

The kitchen includes a Keurig and coffee pot for guests to use. The kitchen is fully remodeled and stocked with basic kitchen essentials.

The home comfortably sleeps 5 people (effective for new bookings as of 6/19/24).

Rental is for the entire home, and you will not be sharing it with anyone. Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard.

Hooks are installed by the front door in a covered area for hanging fishing waders. The shed in the backyard also has a rolling rack to hang waders after a day of fishing. Private backyard with deck & patio furniture to enjoy outdoors.

Guests will have access to park in the driveway.

Guests will not have access to the garage or mailbox.

The property does not include a BBQ or freezer chest for fish.

We would be happy to provide company names to fillet, freeze, and store your fish.

Beautiful roomy house

We had a wonderful stay here for Thanksgiving! We were a group of 5 adults and a 3 year old, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was lovely, very clean, and had a well stocked kitchen. Would absolutely stay here again!

Month in Alaska

Celebrating retirement with my good friend and Brother. We stayed a few days short of month. Our experience was amazing. Alissa our host was very helpful kind friendly professional in all aspects. 1st snow storm of the season moved in. A few days after . I asked where snow shovel was Alissa had new shovel delivered within 1 hour to front door with large Container of cookies. Our stay was so comfort. House was immaculate comfortable.Beds were comfortable. I had truly the best shower in 60 years oversized shower with tons of water pressure. Kitchen was stocked with everything you’ll need. I would Highly recommend staying at home again. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Hopefully for an another visit. Chris

Everything was great

Beautiful, updated house that was very comfy and a great place to crash after a long day. Great coffee selection, a fun smart-fridge that my daughter enjoyed using, and comfortable beds. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Our group of five family and friends stayed over the weekend We appreciate how clean the entire house and property is! Lots of little extras made it an enjoyable time. Like the spices and shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen is fantastic! Lots of plates, pots and pans, room to cook and serve food - loved it!

Modern, Comfy, and Great Location

We stayed at this property because my sons had Pop Warner football games at the High School. This home is close to everything, Fred's, High School, Hospital and River. We will stay here again. It's so lovely and has tons of space. The backyard is huge for the boys to run around.

This VRBO is located in a great place, central to everything. Beyond that it is a well appointed home that leaves no convenience out. With easy check in, easy check out, and frequent reminders and communications with the owner/host, the entire stay couldn't have been any more enjoyable

Father's and son's fishing trip

The house was clean and well organized. We were in town for a week of fishing, and the house is a short drive to many services and the Kenai River. We would recommend the addition of a couple of items. The first would be a grill outside near the deck. This would help keep the kitchen clean and odors outside. The second item would be an outdoor rack under the eaves to allow guest to hang their chest waders. The rack would keep the deck area clear and clean.

Wonderful Visit

In town visiting family and the place was as described with all the amenities of home. Beautiful remodel and set the bar high for future VRBO stays. If you need a place to stay in Soldotna I highly recommend you stay here. 😀

Stop Looking and Start Booking.....

This house is simply amazing. The location was great as we were able to fish out of Homer as well as visit Seward for a variety of activities. The city of Soldotna is such a nice community with lots of shopping and residents that are ready to help with any questions you may have. The house itself was very clean and we appreciated the extras such as pantry items, great kitchenware, shampoo, soap, laundry soap. It was very easy to make ourselves at home and enjoy our stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and the neighbors were all very friendly. We are a family of 5 and had far more than enough room to relax after a day of exploring and the WIFI and television kept even our teens happy! Once you have found this listing you can stop looking and start booking...... you won'r regret it!
