Charming Cottage Near Beaume Waterfall & Puy-en-Velay with Private Parking and Two Terraces

Just 800m from the Beaume Waterfall (a must-see site in Haute-Loire) and about fifteen minutes south of Le Puy-en-Velay, a few minutes' walk from the still-wild Loire Gorges, and close to the Allier Gorges, this cottage is ideally located for discovering the many facets of Haute-Loire.

The accommodation is located in the owner's building but not directly adjacent to his house. It benefits from private, covered parking on an unfenced plot.

Two terraces, one sunny and the other covered, allow you to enjoy outdoor dining depending on the weather. Access to the covered terrace and the entrance is via a gently sloping barn staircase.

The living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with a TV, and a dining area. Two bedrooms under the eaves offer four beds: a spacious double bedroom with the option of a cot, a bedroom with two fixed single beds, and a comfortable fold-out bed. An extra bed is available. The bathroom is spacious and features a walk-in shower and a toilet that meets accessibility standards. An additional separate toilet is located next to the pantry, which houses the washing machine and offers plenty of storage space.

Wood heating with a pellet stove and electric backup if necessary.

Long stays are possible upon request. The entire property is on one level. The barn entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
