The apartment stands out for its open-concept design: Step into the spacious living and dining area and discover the adjoining, approximately 25 m² sun terrace—fully equipped with a dining table, lounge chairs, and an umbrella. As a special bonus, the apartment features a second terrace, approximately 15 m² in size, which serves as a peaceful retreat surrounded by lush vegetation. Both terraces are connected and offer a variety of ways to relax.
The fully equipped, open kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area. At the rear of the apartment, you’ll find a cozy double bedroom and a modern shower room. A shared laundry room with a washer and dryer (for a fee) is available to all guests.
The complex’s amenities include a communal pool with a sun deck, accessible via stairs. The unbeatable location is evident in its proximity to all attractions: The lively town center of Port de Sóller, with its harbor, sandy beach, and numerous restaurants and shops, is just a few minutes’ walk away. For guests with rental cars, a private parking space is available directly in front of the complex.

Port Soller is a beautiful, sheltered bay on the eastern side of the island, right next to the Tramuntana Mountains. The town features a beautiful beach with an adjacent harbor promenade and numerous shops, restaurants, and cafés, almost all offering stunning views of the bay in front. Port Soller is a great starting point for hikers and various excursions by water and land.

Included in the one-time service fee are:
Linen packages for the bedroom (towels, bed linens), final cleaning, check-in/check-out, on-site contact person, water, and electricity.
* Check-in and check-out are possible any day of the week.
* For check-in/check-out between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, as well as on December 24 (after 5:00 PM), December 31 (after 5:00 PM), and January 1 (before 11:00 a.m.), an additional fee of 50 euros applies.
* Payment terms: Deposit via bank transfer; remaining balance and security deposit in cash upon check-in
