Exceeded our expectations

Sa Finqueta exceeded our expectations in every way. The property was clean, comfortable, very well equipped and styled like a home rather than a holiday let.The pool and garden are secluded with great views of the surrounding mountains. The location is great, 15-20min slow stroll to Soller's main square, plenty of hiking routes from the doorstep and bus stops 2mins around the corner for Port de Soller, Palma, Deia and surrounding villages.Guillem was a responsive host and kept in touch a few times throughout our stay to ensure we we had no concerns or issues.This was our 4th time in Soller, but the first at Sa Finqueta and it will definitely be our 1st choice accommodation next time.

Sa Finqueta did not disappoint! Beautiful home inside and out. It was even prettier in person. The grounds are incredible with lemon trees and an entire oramge orchard. We enjoyed freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. Perfect location to visit all the beautiful villages on the west side of Mallorca. House is equipped with everything you’d ever need and beautifully decorated. The hosts are quick to answer any questions you may have. Exceeded our expectations!

A lovely stay at Sa Finqueta

We had a lovely two week stay in Sa Finqueta, which is a very well decorated and maintained finca. The gardens are lovely and it was so pleasant to sit and look at them and the backdrop of the surrounding mountains. It is a short walk to the Eroski supermarket and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from in Soller. The finca has a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge and bedrooms. We enjoyed using the oranges from the trees in the garden to make delicious juice. Guillem was a very pleasant and helpful host. All in all a lovely relaxing holiday at Sa Finqueta.

Ein Anwesen in bester Lage

Wir haben zehn wunderbare Tage in der Finca "Sa Finqueta" mit Kindern und Enkeln verbracht. Das Haus ist durch die stilvollen Anbauten rechts und links des alten Gebäudes geräumig und hell. Man hat von allen Zimmern, vom überdachten Vorplatz, von der bestens möblierten Terrasse und vom umzäunten Pool aus einen grandiosen Blick auf die umgebenden Berge der Sierra Tramuntana. Zwei moderne Badezimmer und eine große, voll eingerichtete Küche runden den positiven Eindruck ab. Unsere Enkel freuten sich besonders über die vorhandenen Spielzeuge und Fahrzeuge. Über ein fernbedienbares Tor gelangt man von einer engen Gasse auf das Gelände der Finca und hat dort einen großzügigen Parkplatz. Trotz der Nähe zur sogenannten Umgehungsstraße, die aus Palma kommend zum Hafen von Sóller führt, ist es auf der Finca mit ihren gepflegten Grünanlagen ruhig und beschaulich. - Die Kleinstadt Sóller mit Geschäften, dem Markt und dem zentralen Platz ist fußläufig erreichbar. Eine Fahrt mit dem Wagen in die Stadt (außer zum Supermarkt "Eroski") empfiehlt sich nicht, da die Zahl der Parkplätze begrenzt ist. - Die Vermieter sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Leuten, sprechen Spanisch und Englisch und sind sofort zur Stelle, wenn es eine Frage oder ein Problem gibt.

A holiday haven

Sa Finqueta is the most stunning villa set in beautiful gardens. It is ideally located for a 10 min stroll into Soller or a 30 min walk into Port de Soller. We wanted for nothing during our fortnight stay as the villa is so well equipped and beautifully furnished . We holidayed with a toddler the fenced pool is perfect for child safety allowing us to relax . We will definitely return. Thank you to the kind attentive host who checked on our comfort regularly during our stay.

Spacious, beautiful villa just outside of Soller

A wonderful stay in Soller. I'm not sure we have ever had such a well outfitted vacation home, and being able to smell the orange blossoms and make fresh juice every day was a lovely experience. The owners are friendly and helpful. The property is large and surrounded by trees, but is an easy walk into town. We would love to return in the future.

Sehr toller Aufenthalt, es hat an nichts gefehlt

Wir haben eine Woche mit Familie in der sehr schönen Finca mit Familie verbracht. Die Lage war optimal, bis ins Zentrum ist man in 20 min. gelaufen. Wir waren jeden Tag trotz der kühlen Temperaturen im Pool baden. Die Orangen, der wir im Garten pflücken durften, ergaben einen sehr leckeren Saft. Die defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde umgehend in eine neue umgetauscht. Vielen Dank noch einmal an die Vermieter Marga und Mireia. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir lieben Sa Finqueta!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal (2019 + 2022) in dieser wunderbaren Finca. Hier stimmt alles: Ein weitläufiges Gelände mit Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen (die Kinder haben fleißig geerntet), ein großes und gemütliches Haus, sehr nette, entgegenkommende und unkomplizierte Kontaktpersonen, eine sehr gute Lage und viel Liebe zum Detail in der Ausstattung. Die Kinder lieben es und wir lieben es. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent house, attentive property management

Our family stayed at property for three weeks over the Christmas and New Year. Great property and location for active holiday! The house has all amenities a family need and want, it is stylishly decorated and warm and cozy during the winter period. It lives up to everyone’s expectation. Our sons really enjoyed the ping pong table and basket, as well as the really fast internet connection. My husband enjoyed the dramatic views of the mountains and easy access to hiking. I loved the garden best - picking fresh oranges, lemons and herbs or just sitting end enjoying the lovely colors and smells. The location is excellent with easy access to stores, Port Soller, biking rentals and an excellent tennis club. And Palma is only 20 min drive away! But the most amazing thing about this property is the owners hospitality and attentiveness! Questions were answered quickly and expertly, even the smallest of details were handled with care. We will definitely recommend the property and would look forward to visit them again next winter!

Great villa in private setting

We would highly recommend the villa for a family stay in Sóller . It’s well equipped and there are some lovely touches around the place including quality bed linen and , plenty of towels . The outdoor space was perfect for lounging by the pool and for the kids to play. It’s a good location for accessing both Sóller town and the port though we did need a car as it was a stretch to walk in the heat to the nearest restaurants and supermarkets . We advise booking ahead to eat during the summer months as it was very busy when we visited in August . Overall a lovely relaxing place to spend your vacation .

Wunderbares Haus in Soller mit sehr freundlicher Vermieterin

Wir können dieses Haus und die Vermieterin hundertprozentig weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt ist herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Am ersten Abend funktionierte das Aussenlicht nicht, das war am Morgen früh schon repariert. Ganz besonders nett war, daß wir die Garage der Vermieterin für einige Tage nach unserem Aufenthalt für Auto mit Gepäack nutzen durften, während wir in der Serra Tramuntana auf einer Streckenwanderung waren. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür!! Das Haus ist etwas ausserhalb aber noch im Ort gelegen, in 5 min ist man zu Fuß beim Supermarkt, in 12-15 min zu Fuß am schönen Hauptplatz von Soller. Die Terasse ist herrlich, ebenso der Pool. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und wir haben täglich die eigenen Orangen zum Frühstück geerntet und frisch gepresst. Sehr gern haben wir uns über Tag auf der schattigen Terasse aufgehalten und abends kann man den Sonnenuntergang und den Sternenhimmel auf dem chilligen Sofa draussen geniessen. Auf dem Grundstück sit man von den umliegenden Bergen umrahmt, sehr romantisch. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Grill an der Terasse ist hervorragend. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr stilvoll und gleichzeitig gemütlich. Die Betten sind sehr gut, es ist ausreichend Schrankfläche vorhanden und auch die Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Das WLAN is ausgezeichnet, was für uns wichtig war, da ich einige Tage arbeiten mußte. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit gern wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!

We had a wonderful holiday in the finca with the whole family. Everything is there you need, even toys for the kids. We had a fantastic time and would love to come again sometime. The house leaves no wishes open!
