“Excellent to stay, everything was nice”

“Very clean, and easy check in and parking. Nice area too. The elevator button was janky, the ice machine was not working, and the pool was not available. Otherwise, a nice easy overnight stay.”

“We arrived very very late. Early in the morning. I called and told them and they made sure to give us a ground floor room near the door so we wouldn’t bother anyone perhaps and to be able to slip in quietly. Hotel was extremely clean, modern and extremely comfy bed and pillows. Our dog even got a treat bag. Exceptional hotel and management. We will return! Didn’t get to have breakfast because we were still asleep but didn’t hear anyone! And the coffee was freshly brewed in the beautiful clean...

“Coffee and breakfast were not free, and it only had a Starbucks with very limited hours. The pool and hot tub were closed for repair. Out room was dirty and dated, and the bathroom had hair and hair balls in the shower. We rented this hotel for the pool and hot tub so that was very disappointing. It was $150 per night, I would’ve rather stayed at The Hampton Inn next door. ”

“The sheets were gross. They advertised a pool but it was shut down. Permanently. The lobby smelled like BO. The tvs only have basic cable and no way to stream services. The breakfast only had one hot option, pancakes. ”
