“There was a distinct smell of cat urine, they have a non refundable policy and my room was close to the kitchen so lots of staff noise and plumbing noise. My meal was very substandard and most food looked very starchy.”

“Everything was great except for our bathroom. The shower drainage blocked up every single day. I specifically requested a room that didn’t have this problem as family experienced it on their last stay but got the same. Everyday we waited till the drainage worked which is 30mins after running the water every single time we needed to shower. Maintenance also came in and claimed to fix it fixed. It didn’t fix the problem. We have over 30 people stay in our group booking and look to stay here again...
