Il Solvang Delfin Huset (The Dolphin House), un tempo un ex club di nuoto danese, sala da ballo e cocktail lounge per la comunità locale nei primi anni '60 ... è stato recentemente rinnovato e rinnovato in una tranquilla camera da letto 5 serene, 4 bagni completi e 2 1/2 casa vacanza al bagno proprio nel centro della città di Solvang. La casa si trova a 1 isolato dal Solvang Festival Theatre e a 1 1/2 isolati dal centro del villaggio di Solvang. Questa è anche la casa vacanza adatta agli handicap ADA con alloggi in stile ranch di livello singolo. Questa bella casa è il luogo ideale per riunioni di famiglia, piccoli matrimoni, workshop di lavoro notturni e / o ritiri. Sebbene, non più una piscina, ora abbiamo un giardino ben curato, una fontana d'acqua, 2 ampie aree patio con una zona barbecue e un campo da bocce completo che è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi durante il vostro soggiorno a Solvang. Questa famosa casa costruita nel 1960, spaziosa (3800 piedi quadrati), costruita su misura Earl Petersen Architecture casa vanta qualità! La casa principale da 8 posti letto, dispone di 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni e ½, lavanderia completa, ampia cucina completamente arredata con un'isola di grandi dimensioni per sedersi e rilassarsi. I pavimenti in legno di noce scuro e le pareti color crema offrono un perfetto ritorno per le bellissime finestre e gli arredi confortevoli. Il grande camino in mattoni e le splendide pareti applique aggiungono calore ed eleganza. , Questa casa WIFI e via cavo ha un soggiorno noto anche come "Great Room" con travi intagliate a mano e comode poltrone dove gli ospiti possono godere di un fuoco luminoso o sedersi al tavolo lungo "Viking Valhalla" e gustare tutti i pasti in famiglia. Se avete bisogno di un altro letto, la seconda casa ha una grande camera da letto con porte francesi che si aprono sul patio, 1 bagno e 1/2, piccola cucina arredata e area salotto. Questa proprietà eccezionale è deliziosa. Una volta arrivato, potresti trovare difficile uscire!

The house is amazing: gorgeous, large, and very well appointed. There is an additional casita with full kitchen, bedroom, 2 bathrooms. All rooms were very clean, well decorated, and every amenity we could ask for. The host was very welcoming and communicative, and made everything easy. The house even had beautiful Christmas decorations with a tree for us.

Starting with our introduction to the Dolphin House by Carol everything was a dream. The Dolphin House is even nicer in person than in the pictures. The courtyard has a tranquil bubbling fountain, an outside dining area with a spotless grill and a covered area with a cozy gas fire pit. The location was fantastic - close and walkable to everything in Solvang. I would recommend the Dolphin House to anyone- especially family reunions, friends trip etc… it was perfect!

This home is so lovely! Plenty of space to spread out, comfortable beds and bedding, well-equipped kitchen, and a beautiful and peaceful yard with several seating areas. Our group enjoyed the fact that there were multiple king beds - always a plus when you have multiple couples. One little thing that was really nice that you don’t often find in rentals is that they have plenty of throw blankets. We enjoyed the fire pit and bocce ball outside, too. Location was perfect - close to everything (walkable) but on a quieter street. We would definitely stay again.

Best place ever!

As a group of 6 women who have all traveled a ton over our 55 lives, this is by far one of the most beautiful places we have all ever stayed! The home was immaculate, the space for all of us to spread out was fabulous and the beauty of the home and the yard was stunning! Carol was a great host!! We were so happy to meet her and Kim as well! Everything was so close to the home. Walking distance to the entire town but yet in its' own compound! Loved that the kitchen had everything we needed, bathrooms as well. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and grill numerous times during our stay. Even played a game of Bocce! We are definitely recommending this place to friends and family! We hope to be back! Thanks for hosting us!! -Pam

Beautiful, conveniently-located home

Our multi-generational family group had a wonderful stay here. The home and gardens are pristine and gorgeous. There was so much space for everyone to spread out. Attention to detail is obvious. The owner was clear and responsive in her communication. We loved the location because it allowed us to walk into Solvang village easily (and quickly return with our pastry stash, haha!). We absolutely loved the house, inside and out. We didn’t even know how wonderful it was and how great the location until we got there. Carol, the host was super helpful. We spent a lot of time around the fireplace or the outdoor fire pit. Everything was perfect!!!Now we need another excuse to go to Solvang so we can rent the house again.

Highly recommend the Dolphin House

Dolphin House is well-located in center of Solvang so we could walk to most activities. The house is well-equipped and features a beautifully designed and meticulously maintained garden with reading lounges, 2 outdoor dining areas, bocce court, and an outdoor living room with fire pit. The owner is welcoming and super helpful!

Family stay for wedding

The Dolphin House is in the middle of Solvang, easily accessible with a short walk to Danish bakery, restaurants, shops and a brewery. The Hotels are in short walking distance if meeting a wedding party etc. The House is beautiful, clean with every necessity you could need. Clean linens, complete stocked kitchen with pans and utensils to have additional guests for a party. Open garden with adjoining house for additional bedroom with kitchen and living area, bathroom and full en-suite bathroom. Multitude of comfortable outdoor seating with tables, chairs and firepit. Outdoor game of Boche ball or corn hold. It was a paradise and with all of our guests enough private space for each. Washer and Dryer were a great addition,, Highly recommended,

Great place for a big family

The front entrance doesn’t show how beautiful and big inside at all. But once you open the front door, you definitely say “Wow !” It’s nice place for the family or friends gatherings. 👍 We had a wonderful stay there for our daughter’s wedding at the Hill top ranch. The town Solvang is also very charming.

This was an ideal property for a group of girlfriends to enjoy the sightseeing, shopping, and restaurants of Solvang. This spacious and beautiful home was close to everything yet in a quiet garden setting where we could relax and unwind at the end of every day. Perfect!!!
