Newly remodeled, 3 bedroom/3 full bath home overlooking a lush waterfowl pond, located in an attractive neighborhood next to Somers middle school and conveniently located near Kalispell, Lakeside, and Bigfork.

The entire home has been recently remodeled and very tastefully decorated to provide a homey and welcoming feel. The kitchen features custom cabinetry and countertops, stainless steel appliances including gas cooktop, and is fully stocked for all your basic cooking needs. A large open concept living space with wrap around picture windows provides lots of natural light and plenty of space for all to gather.

The main floor is equipped with two queen bedrooms. The master has an ensuite full bath and another guest full bath is next door to the guest room. The daylight basement is very cozy but also bright and roomy featuring a secondary living room equipped with TV. The laundry room, additional queen guest bedroom, and full bathroom complete the basement space. The bedroom has a private entrance for those late-nighters or early-risers.

There is a secret cupboard in the kitchen that leads to a doggy door to the fully fenced yard and deck. As long as the deck and yard gates are closed your pooch is fully secured (unless they are high jumpers).

*Guest suite/1bedroom apartment separate from the main house is located on the lower floor and may have guests staying at the same time.
*Floor AC units located on both levels to help cool along with ceiling and area fans. There is no central AC at this home.
*Up to two dogs are allowed upon pre-approval for a per pet fee of $100
*Due to high demand in the summer months, early check-ins and late checkouts are rarely available, even for a fee. Plan on booking an additional night before or after your trip if your group needs require you to check in earlier than 4pm or check out later than 10am. We are happy to provide them for free if they are available but don't know until the day of.
