“I arrived at the hotel and found it closed. No one contacted me to tell me about the closure, so I had no idea until I showed up to check in. I also tried to call the hotel earlier in the day to let them know that I would be arriving later than expected, but Days Inn customer service lines were terrible. I kept getting to a automated message but couldn't ever get through to talk to a human, so I gave up calling. I messaged the hotel through Expedia but never got any response. I am really...

“This is definitely not a place to stay with kids. I was disgusted of even stepping in the shower. There was a used face towel hanging over the shower rod the sheets were stained and there were hairs on them. The box spring showed and it was yellow like it has never been replaced. The matress springs were loud. The noise outside made it difficult to sleep. Everything was just dirty and dusty. I only stayed because we were super tired from driving so many hours but felt like germs were walkimg all...

“Room was nice and also clean. Remote didn’t work the first day but call to front desk remedied the problem. The coffee pot also didn’t work but we told the upon checkout. Shops and restaurants were nice. We had a nice hike around the grounds. Enjoyed the indoor mini-golf. A nice retreat. ”

“Condo was great, cozy bug enough. Shuttle was the way to go down to the ski slopes. Would stay again.”
