While the home overlooks the lake beautifully, direct access is not walkable due to a steep hill behind the property. To reach the water or marina, guests will need to drive approximately 5 minutes to Lee's Ford Marina for easy access to boat rentals, launch points, and waterfront fun.

Trash: Each trash can has to be three foot apart from the other trash cab. It also has to be completely shut the lid or they won't take it.
