Just 25 meters from the sea, the property offers direct beach access, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the crystal-clear waters and relax on the coast whenever they wish. The view and sound of the sea will always be present, creating a calm and serene atmosphere that inspires tranquility.The exterior of the house is equally impressive, featuring a porch to delight in the view of the lush and well-maintained garden that invites guests to enjoy the natural beauty surrounding the property. Additionally, a private pool offers the opportunity to cool off and swim in a private and luxurious setting.Inside, the house has air conditioning in the dining room and in the hallway of the rooms (cold and hot air pump). A fully equipped kitchen, a living room to relax watching TV or reading a good book, and several tables for diners. Three full bathrooms, all equipped with showers.
